It must be nice to have a net income exceeding 10 million a month, without getting out of bed.

“Trump explains his positions well - Kelo; disagree with him but it was very clear why he thinks the way he does and he does not try to hide his position. Through his honest explanation you see its not about big government willy nilly taking peoples property away. This is an area I disagree with him but I understand him and appreciate he has a cogent argument. Quite franky Trump has built way more stuff than me so I am going to defer to him here and this is not a make or break issue for me with all the other chaos in civilization these days.”

I appreciate your viewpoint on this, and I agree. While there are definitely instances of abuse in the application of ED laws, yet Trump’s reasoning is valid. I cannot fault what he is saying on the merits - Even if cases exist that prove the opposing viewpoint. That’s just the way life is.

"Eminent domain is in the constitution for PUBLIC use, not private. Yes, but if the town lives off casino tax revenues? Is that not a PUBLIC use?"

Wow.

Just wow.

It's official:

Secret Service now guarding Trump, Carson around the clock - at taxpayer expense....The top two Republican presidential candidates 'formally requested' the agency's protection 2 week ago from the Department of Homeland Security..... The taxpayer-funded expense was authorized by DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson after consulting with a small panel of congressional leaders.

The joker who assembled the video thought so, I do not. I liked pretty much the entire selection, and will gladly vote for Trump in the general if he’s the nominee.

I hope that Carson gives three times what he gets. I hope he proves to be tougher even than Trump.

“[What we need is a ...] school yard, twitter tweeting, name calling, in your face, arrogant fighter. That’s my opinion.”

You are sooo right. We need someone tough, self-reliant, able to build a powerful team outside of DC power-politics network [ruling class].

I’m certain Trump will check out his detail very carefully. He should be more afraid of the Establishment Republicans than a Muzzie : )

“Eminent domain is in the constitution. But is that really the issue of our times?”

LOL, it’s not my #1 issue. Illegal immigration is and has been for decades.

Eminent domain hasn’t destroyed communities, caused rampant crime, cost taxpayers billions, stolen American jobs, destroyed our culture, dumbed down education even further.... hilarious that that is the only issue brought up over and over. It’s like saying to Mrs. Lincoln that the playwrights were bad. Oh well....

That would be the world where the government arbitrarily confiscates private property and turns it over to the politically connected, justifying it as serving “the greater good?”

I would have hoped that was the Real World only in places like North Korea and Cuba. I would most certainly have hoped it would never be accepted as moral or proper by anyone to the right of Chairman Mao.

Funny crop of “conservatives” we’re growing these days.

Hank

Dr. Carson is just another trick up the sleeve of the media. They’re absolute diabolic geniuses at manipulating the public. They know that a certain percentage of die hard, one track minded voters will support anything and everything that they attack. They inflate his poll numbers beyond anything remotely believable and then mount an attack or two to stir up those whom they know hate them so much that they’ll support and defend anything that the media seems to attack. Thereby, they can detract attention from the important reasons that Ben Carson has a very poor platform and capabilities. Unfortunately, reverse psychology works all too well on a certain percentage of voters.

Carson has openly supported several things that would have and has sunk other Republican candidates. As a matter of fact, he is closer to affinity with Obama than almost any of them. But “Oh! He’s so humble and nice!” (He never misses a chance to tout how humble he is, how brave he is, how accomplished he is, complete with accompanying anecdotes and stories about who he’s saved, protected, etc.)

As for the pyramid comments and such; I would think anyone would agree that a basic prerequisite for a President of the United States would be having at least a mediocre idea of when to speak, what to speak about and when to stay silent. Carson seems to be lacking in that area.

Yes, the people that pull the strings of the media outlets in this country are plain evil. But they’re also scary smart when it comes to the simple and the dimwitted in our population. After all, the media created them.
