I am truly saddened by this. He seemed like someone that truly had the values that we all held dear close to him, and someone that we could all support when push came to shove.

I’m just happy that dearest Fred Thompson found happiness with his younger wife.

I really liked Fred Thompson and feel so sad for his family and for him actually.

I had always hoped he would live a long, happy and healthy life.

You might be right about his wife being a FReeper.

If so, she might come back later on.

He always appeared with a good meme/quote on Facebook a couple a times a month on Facebook that made the rounds of conservative minded folks. I think he stayed conservative to the end. Thanks Fred for being true to the cause.
