I am allergic to certain foods and if I accidently eat a bit of one of those foods, I have nausea and red skin and chills for three days. There is a drug that stops that and it’s small dose THORAZINE pills (I keep a few in my purse at all times). One of those little pills totally knocks me out, am definitely going to sleep with just one little pill. It does stop the nausea.
Thorazine in larger amounts is given to those with a psychotic mental disorder. If she is on Thorazine or a similar drug, no wonder she is speaking slowly and her eyes look like they are not here.

No, he’s building the case that SHE SOLELY was responsible for the decision on Libya - the succeeding arguments, if they deviate into weapons-running or the Blumenthal angle, will basically implicate her in deciding on criminal behavior.
