@tedcruz is the big winner with over 50% of the NC TEA Party Constitutional Caucus vote yesterday! http://t.co/CLeLu7nyjA #TedCruz2016
A.P. Dillon – LL1885 (@LadyLiberty1885) October 18, 2015
Candidates who received votes in descending order via teacaucus.org:
- Cruz – 391 (50.13%)
- Carson – 328 (42.04%)
- Trump – 31 (3.97%)
- Paul – 18 (2.31%)
- Fiorina – 6 (.77%)
- Rubio – 4 (.51%)
- Jindal – 2 (.26%)
There were nine who abstained from voting.
No votes for Bush, Kasich, Walker, Christie, Graham, Santorum, Pataki or Gilmore.Hey, does anyone know (or care) if Jim Gilmore even still in it? I see you out there… Googling ‘Jim Gilmore’ now.
No Huckabee in the list either and he drew between 8-10,000 people to Raleigh that same day for a “Stand With God” rally.
It would seem the NC Tea party has chosen their man and it’s Senator Ted Cruz.
I’m better than OK with that.

I think I read somewhere that Jim Gilmore is a hoax candidate designed to test the voters.

Cruz was the only one there. This is a small group organized last year. Every sign says Cruz. Is that a clue?
To: Isara; Lazmataz
Is Cruz in that first picture at the Top of the Thread?
I can’t seem to focus on him. Maybe Laz can help me out.

So Ted wins a stacked deck, creating the illusion of support.

Cruz needs a new haircut and to lose some weight. Looks matter.
To: Isara
He won 68% of the vote at a Tea Party meeting in Arkansas last night.

His looks are fine. It is his demeanor and vocal approach that sucks.

That, too. But he has a very high body fat percentage for a 40 year old man which makes his face look weird. And the grandpa Munster hair has to go.
To: Sacajaweau
This was a joint statewide event at nine tea party locations across the state.
Not just one location. See the vote totals posted above.

Body fat percentage looks OK to me.
Wait - what are we talking about?
To: Isara
Cruz speaking now in Texas.
