Sweet! I’m hoping he will surge to the top as he gets out in front of the people more.
I would love to see the Cruizer crush the Hildebeast in a debate.
Some at our local Conservative Club meeting were claiming it will be a Cruz Rubio ticket.....Im not sure but just passing on info. Seems some were getting tired of Trump’s constant personal attacks. Im getting tired of them myself. This is his presidency to lose.
.
Cruz is the candidate.
Cruz or Lose!
.
Who can debate with Hillary? I see Ted, Carly and Rubio as our best options.
Cruz is the best. Sadly, PIAPS will eat him alive in any debate and in any election. (1) She plays the V card. (2) She cheats.
Our only hope will 24/7 prayers, and organizing that event with hundreds or thousands pledging to pray in pre-selected time slots. This election will tell us what God has planned for America’s future. Mercy or no mercy? We don’t deserve it.
The process is a marathon, not a sprint.
Yes, but is there a poll showing how any of the GOP leaders in the poll of their own party would fare against Hillary, Biden or Sanders?
Wait a minute. Isn’t he another cowboy from Texas? Didn’t we already have 8 years of that? </sarcasm>
So he is tied for third with Rubio & Bush, based on the MOE. Carly lost the teeny bit of support she had.
Seems to me someone buried the lead on this one. In the last FOX poll Trump had 26%, so he’s down 2% this time, and Carson had 18%, so he’s up 5%.
Meanwhile, Cruz was right where he was two Fox polls earlier, at 10%. (Carson was 12% in that one.)
I think Carson is playing the Trump game of doubling down on whatever he says that upsets the liberal media, but doing it with twice the brainpower, and it’s working.
It is a rare combination.
I figured that Fiorina’s bump would be temporary and for the life of me I can’t understand Carson’s attraction. But of the serious candidates I think Cruz currently being third positions him well for continuing to climb in the weeks ahead.
This is great, but I’ve said before that saying that not one of the others showed up for the PP defunding in Congress is a bit disingenuous.
Donald Trump cannot do anything in the halls of Congress. He cannot ‘stand up to the Establishment’ in the political realm. He is a private citizen.
One other difference - all these politicians draw their incomes from the taxpayers. Even insider trading is legal for them!
Trump earns his money privately and gets put in jail is convicted of insider trading.
I think even though he’s extremely well-known to the news junkies like us, we don’t realize how he’s still unknown to a lot of the more casual Republicans. They heard his name once during the Obamacare shutdown and that’s it. If all they know is he’s a “current Senator” that won’t play well. The more he gets his ongoing anti-establishment record out there, the more he will resonate. Then hopefully that’ll be enough for him to get over the “voting for me doesn’t prove you’re not racist” hump and pass Carson out.
He’s moving in the right direction, slowly but surely, just as he did with his Senate campaign.
He was written off then as a sure loser, too, but his unique campaign style worked...and it’s the same one he’s currently using.
Good news bump. Hopefully it’s a trend and not a statistical anomaly.
That’s CRUZ control!
