A ten year-old girl was raped in an elevator in her apartment building in Minneapolis on Sunday afternoon. Her attacker told her to turn around and pull her pants down.
Ahmed Hersi Abdi was charged with two counts of first degree criminal sexual assault for the attack.
Abdi also has a history of substance abuse dating to 2003.
The media has not reported on Abdi’s citizenship or background.

Minneapolis Police squads were called to the Riverside Plaza Apartments at on Sunday October 4 by an off-duty officer after witnesses told them a child had been sexually assaulted. They told police they heard screaming from a third floor hallway and saw a young girl crying. The witnesses said a man had pulled her pants down and done something to her.
The witnesses quickly found two off-duty Minneapolis officers were working security in a nearby building.

Now the ten year old victim has to be protected from her own family lest they carry out an “honor killing” and murder her for having the nerve to embarrass her family by being raped and becoming an adulteress.
To be fair, the article reports it was other people from the Somali-American community in the building who reported this to the police and had this guy arrested. Maybe they’re learning that while they had to keep their girls and women hidden away in a place like Somalia, where authorities and society in general blame the victims of sexual assault, things are different here.

Interesting mention of the Somalian community as Somalians are mostly Muslim. I wonder if the girl was from a Muslim family. Sometimes these things are not brought to justice because the community hides them, but that was not the case here.
After all, what really matters besides getting more Democrat votes so we can fundamentally change America to their liking?

I wonder if the victim is muslim also. Not that she would deserve to be raped, but it would set the context as to why.

Riverside Plaza AKA Cedar Square West. I lived there as a kid for year when it was new. No dirt bag muzzies then. Biggest drama then was when a kid put his head into a bicycle rack and had to have it unstuck by the Minneapolis FD.
