US foreign policy expert Zbigniew Brzezinski says the United States should retaliate if Russia does not stop bombing its assets in Syria.
Brzezinski, the national security advisor for former President Jimmy Carter, advised President Barack Obama to attempt to disarm the Russians if they keep attacking the CIA-trained militants in Syria.
"The Russian naval and air presences in Syria are vulnerable, isolated geographically from their homeland," Brzezinski wrote in an article published by the Financial Times on Sunday. "They could be 'disarmed' if they persist in provoking the US."

Who believes that story about only 4 or 5 guys trained at a cost of half a billion dollars? Yes, I believe that a half a billion dollars went somewhere, but not to train 4 or 5 anti-Assad rebels. The question is where did all of that money go? Who siphoned it off, and for what purpose? Don't be surprised when when you find out that Obama and many in his cabinet and administration are suddenly worth multiple millions of dollars after they leave office.
And apparently the Congress doesn't care where the money went either. The Congress also doesn't care what happened to the six billion dollars missing from the State Department under Hillary's reign there. Just like the Congress and the Justice Department doesn't care about the missing 1.5 billion dollars from the former NJ governor John Corzine's investment group. Yes indeed, the Democrats/Republicans (aka The Uniparty) gets its cut of the loot too.

We don't even have diplomatic relations with Syria since we closed their Embassy in DC in June 2014 and sent everyone back to Syria.
Russia has been an ally of Syria for over 50 years. Syria has asked Russia for assistance.

My view too. Syria is a sovereign country and we have been bombing them with no declaration of war. OK that does not happen a lot recently , but the fact is that we have been bombing yet another country and not a peep from the left or the media.

I have come to the conclusion that the government tit, party hack, establishment ideologue types actually -do- want to initiate a large scale war.
