Workers began removing a Ten Commandments monument from the grounds of the Oklahoma Capitol late Monday in accordance with a court order.
The Daily Oklahoman reported that the six-foot high monument would be reinstalled outside the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs, a conservative think tank.
A contractor hired by the state began removing the monument shortly after 10:30 p.m. local time The works comes after the Oklahoma Supreme Court's decision in June that the display violates a state constitutional prohibition on the use of public property to support "any sect, church, denomination or system of religion."

And just what sect, church, denomination or system of religion are they referring to? What is a “system of religion” anyway? The ten commandments provides a simple set of rules that everyone should live by. Regardless of their religion or beliefs. The world would be a much better place.
The 10 Commandments include among others certain abusive statements. Thou Shalt Not Murder, Thou Shalt not Steal and Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness all of which are no longer acceptable in a progressibve society!

There is nothing left to save here. Just forget it. The country has completely, and totally forsaken God. All that’s left for us is to enjoy the view. No one will stand up, no one will yell, and the tyrants (who are the minority) will have their way. The monument is being moved in front of a conservative think tank as a reminder that they, and all of conservatism, are complete failures.
Oklahoma is the “reddest state in the country” and couldn’t muster the guts to stop a mindless worker with a hammer, a screwdriver, and his butt crack showing from taking down the last visible remnant of a decent society. GD America: that’s in the bible.
