Donald Trump is escalating his attacks on Sen. Marco Rubio with a special delivery for his rival: "Trump Ice Natural Spring Water."
Trump has previously trained his fire on Rubio, claiming he has the worst voting attendance record in the U.S. Senate and that he sweats a lot. But CNN learned that the Trump campaign sent a "care package" to Rubio's Washington campaign office that contained a 24-bottle case of "Trump Ice Natural Spring Water," with Trump's face on it, two "Make America Great Again" towels and bumper stickers and a note reading, "Since you're always sweating, we thought you could use some water. Enjoy!"
A Trump campaign aide said they added the towels "for him sweating," and described the overall gesture as a lighthearted prank.

No, calling Jeb low energy isn’t personal in the same sense.
There’s just something really mean about this. I want a fighter, someone who will not back down. I do not want someone who makes fun of someone like this.
Look, this is my problem- I warm up to him, and then he just infuriates me.
He said it- he’s unpredictable.
You are ahead of your time and you called it!
“I am representative of plenty of other people.”
Well, so is The Donald, according to all of the polls.
The bombing of Russia will begin in five minutes.
OMGosh. I do hope Trump does not overplay his fine hand.
Normally, these kinds of attentions paid to an opponent signals that they are a contender, of some importance, considered perhaps a threat of some significance, thereby elevating their status in the race.
I just hope American voters will find enough humor in this little antic to appreciate it. (Unfortunately, it does bring to mind his Meagain Kelly fiasco, but... my sense of humor seems to come and go lately. &;D)
Nice way to keep it classy. Not.
Do Trump supporters hop onto other FReeper-preferred candidates’ threads and call names like that?
Can you make your point, and leave the name calling out of it?
WHAT?
Coulda fooled me.;-)
The water prank is just another way to shape the public's perceptions of Rubio. Too young, inexperienced, sweats a lot, etc. Nothing Trump does is without purpose. Did you notice the mention of Rubio in Trump's immigration position paper?
Increase prevailing wage for H-1Bs. We graduate two times more Americans with STEM degrees each year than find STEM jobs, yet as much as two-thirds of entry-level hiring for IT jobs is accomplished through the H-1B program. More than half of H-1B visas are issued for the program's lowest allowable wage level, and more than eighty percent for its bottom two. Raising the prevailing wage paid to H-1Bs will force companies to give these coveted entry-level jobs to the existing domestic pool of unemployed native and immigrant workers in the U.S., instead of flying in cheaper workers from overseas. This will improve the number of black, Hispanic and female workers in Silicon Valley who have been passed over in favor of the H-1B program. Mark Zuckerbergs personal Senator, Marco Rubio, has a bill to triple H-1Bs that would decimate women and minorities.
Good grief my prayers are with you, that you may become just a little less tightly wound.
It’s water! It’s harmless! Just like Rubio’s sweating,,,and there are tons of things Rubio could do in response that would be light hearted and funny.
Politics doesn’t have to be bloody.
No one - and that’s the problem. I don’t trust the only guy I trust.
He could. But he won't.
Rubio is too plastic.
“Petty attack in my view.”
An attack? Seriously, you view this as an ‘attack’?
This is very poor strategy.
Trump needs an Hispanic on the ticket, if he ever expects to get over his very outrageous comments on Mexicans.
Trump needs the Hispanic vote, like it or not.
Not everyone in America was born and raised in Queens, N.Y. (The underarm of NYC.)
That is so funny. Trump is the greatest.
Trump just does what he wants to do. He has completely smashed all the rules.
LOL, this guy is like no other
Send Trump some Amway products

Is he trustworthy...I hope so, but I don't know.
I have read some of his books and he appears to be genuine.
That said, our country is at a turning point.
I wouldn't begin to suggest how you should vote. But I trust you will do the right thing.;-)
Good luck and may God bless you.
I have to say, SE Mom, that although I am a Trump supporter (as well as Cruz), I have to respect anyone who quotes Cicero on her profile page.
“If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.”
Marcus Tullius Cicero
There is no normal anymore. There is only Trump.
