In his Weekly Address today, resident Barack Obama warned that there will be another government shutdown threat two weeks before Christmas and said he “will not sign” a short-term spending bill.
The continuing resolution that Congress passed this week runs until Dec. 11. If resident Obama does “not sign” the spending bill Congress sends him to fund the government after that date, Obama will shut down the government.
The government will not be funded until Obama signs an appropriations bill passed by Congress.
Fortunately, there were enough votes in both parties to pass a last-minute bill to keep the government open for another ten weeks,” Obama said in his address. “Unfortunately, that gimmick only sets up another shutdown threat two weeks before Christmas.”
“It just kicks the can down the road without solving any problems or doing any long-term planning for the future,” Obama said. “And that’s why I will not sign another shortsighted, short-term spending bill like the one Congress sent me this week.”

He wants it to shut down. The Dept. of Agric. has already said they don’t have the reseves to fund many of the welfare programs such as SNAP. Just think what will happen when the free lunch crowd has no money, esp at Christmas. He wants any excuse for martial law and this could be a good one.
How about giving this clown something else to think about, such as articles of impeachment. There are plenty examples of his failure to uphold the Constitution, failing to enforce laws passed by the Congress, and authorizing spending without this funding originating in the House. Serve the papers right before Christasas a gift to the nation.

The way to end this is for Congress, which is controlled by the GOP, to pass hundreds of individual appropriations bills, instead of one giant omnibus bill, and sent them to Obama to sign. Don’t send bill for programs Congress doesn’t want to fund (Planned Parenthood for example). If Obama vetoes hundreds of bills, even the stupidest voter will be able to understand he is shutting down the government.
Why won’t the GOP do this? Why keep playing Obama’s game with one giant spending bill he will veto if he doesn’t get everything he wants.
If you listen to Obambi’s latest pronouncements on the debit ceiling, he’s setting the democommies for a whopping. Macarthy likely will not get or keep the speakership, with the absolutist nature of the regime. The republican base is so pissed the establishment needs a new path or risk wholesale slaughter.
Obambi stated he won’t compromise or negotiate, so the house needs to move targeted spending bills fast and let the dems shutter down.
Trump may change that equation, because he’s not afraid to say things like they are. I love watching the media get their own crap sandwich shoved down their throats every time Trump opens his mouth. Obama’s owners have held America hostage long enough already; time for Trump to expose the sh!theads for what they are. It’s way past time for the world to know what Obama’s owners have done and how. Trump is the man to tackle the treasonous media.
I also love it that Ben Carson seems prepared to take on Obama’s owners: the Islamists after a worldwide caliphate. Go, Ben, go! And God be with you!
At the same time, Ted Cruz is doing the Lord’s work exposing the corrupted political system which has allowed the foreign enemy combatant to be placed into our White House with the help of Obama’s owners. He won’t say that’s what has happened but he is exposing the filthy slimeballs and the games they’ve played while America burns.
Those 3 guys are not enemies of each other, and I hope and pray that even in the midst of the political theater that we call “elections” they will recognize the true enemy and will TOGETHER fight that enemy rather than each other.
So far, they are shining a light on the cockroaches that have held this nation hostage. I DOUBLE-DOG DARE Obama and his handlers to try the same old slimy crap, ‘cause this time it’s coming right back in their faces with a little dallop of KMA added on!
There is a reason many call them the Stupid Party.
So, in other words, we won’t notice the shutdown because of the holidays. Cool.
