If he is engaging with others like the Park Service and other agencies to penalize citizens the that to me is a Conspiracy and open to legal assessment and prosecution. The Same extends to illegally obtained FBI records almost certainly in the hands of the DNC, Hillary and of course Jug Ears

The way to end this is for Congress, which is controlled by the GOP, to pass hundreds of individual appropriations bills, instead of one giant omnibus bill, and sent them to Obama to sign. Don’t send bill for programs Congress doesn’t want to fund (Planned Parenthood for example). If Obama vetoes hundreds of bills, even the stupidest voter will be able to understand he is shutting down the government.
Why won’t the GOP do this? Why keep playing Obama’s game with one giant spending bill he will veto if he doesn’t get everything he wants.
