Not sure what the situation is...
This attack reminds me of the Tunisian Beach Massacre. The shooter selected his targets, Europeans, specifically British, from non-Europeans on the beach.

Switched over to CNN and the reporter makes it sound like that 4Chan guy is the shooter, but I have read other reports saying that guy called NBC and he is NOT the shooter
