If it's not a judge deciding who and who can't have religious freedoms, then it's a DA deciding who and who can't have the right to bear arms.

I think the Second Amendment over rules this judge...

“some law experts have said the rule is unconstitutional”
How else does one translate “shall not be infringed”.
Unless you are a moron, or one of the elite, or both.

DAs need protection because they put bad guys in jail. Is the witch going to offer 24-hour bodyguards for their protection?

She’s going to be voted out of office in November and this will all be thrown out.
She’s only in office now because Kathleen Rice, the former DA, was elected to congress and she was her fill in appointee.

A smart member of that team would apply for one,get fired and then sue for wrongful dismissal.

“As best I can tell, the theory is that the DAs office is worried that prosecutors will come in to the office in a rage and shoot up the place.”
Yup. Typical libtard mentality. And most mass shooters are Dummycrats.

Is the DA also suspending his employees’ other Bill of Rights, the 1st, 4th, 5th for example?

I grew up in Nassau Cty. So thankful that I left there 20yrs ago, yes, I am a Damn Yankee. When I go back to visit, which isn’t that often, all I hear are people waiting to retire so they can move. So they can move from the very place and problems that they themselves created: crazy taxes, crazy cost of living because they want everything done for them. Of course, when they do move, they love it at first, then they start complaining that they have to actually do things for themselves and not pay for some civil servant to take out their trash, etc.

Even the “Conservative types” up there, are for the most part, considered a Blue Dog Democrat every place else.
