Speaker John A. Boehner will resign from Congress and give up his House seat at the end of October, according to aides in his office.

Well, imo, McCarthy is a bit better, but not much. He can speak pretty persuasively when he wants to. Maybe he’ll get the message that the GOP needs to step up to the table.

Boehner got tired of carrying the Kenyan’s water which is basically all the GOP does these days. TPP will be a bloodbath.
