One of Britain's greatest prime ministers, Margaret Thatcher — the only woman to hold the position, to date — famously addressed her 1980 Conservative Party Conference with the phrase "The lady's not for turning," which became synonymous with her confident, principle-based approach. An impressive figure has burst on the American political stage who embodies a similar style and America might just need her now as Britain needed Thatcher then.
With Carly Fiorina's emergence as a formidable Republican presidential candidate — and as the only woman in the lineup — naturally, comparisons are being made to Thatcher. While it is easy to connect the dots as both are strong women leaders who espouse conservative principles, when specifics of policy ideas, background and even timing are considered, Fiorina's donning of the "American Iron Lady" mantle is quite compelling. Delving a bit below the surface, the similarities between the two are surprising.

Carlys' job is to take out Trump, if she does her job she'll be given consideration for the VP slot to either (in order of probability) Rubio, Kethic(sp) or Jeb. The GOPe knows the Rats would stake her out and skin her alive over her record of failure at Lucent and HP if she were the nominee. But she can be useful in the GOP primary as a weapon of mass destruction aimed at Trump. What will be interesting to see is how Cruz handles Carly.

Guys/gals, this is good. She faded MUCH faster than I thought she would (I thought she would be in a solid #2 position for at least a month), so let them keep propping up her horrible poll numbers. She’s only eroding support from Rubio and Yeb at this point.

Old news...with her latest showing at 6% in the new poll after the debate the MSM will be on to a new candidate to support. Kasich failed, Carson is dwindling, Fiorina not impressive...next up should be (drum roll, please!) RUBIO! It will cycle through all of them and back to Jeb again.

No resemblance in looks or worldview. Carly is a dumb prog through and through, and is owned. She is only on stage because she is an affirmative action hire—for perceptions of the ignorant masses and for Marxist utopia (total hell and dehumanization).
All this “dog and pony show” is for the children (ignorant masses)—more removal of male/female identity conditioning-— so everyone is a drone for the State and males and females are interchangeable (radical egalitarianism) and the few elite can rule as gods.
To me, she aspires to become another Millicent Fenwick.
Many of us saw it coming when CNN added a podium for the expressed purpose of moving Fiorina to the big debate. Immediately after, she was hailed as the winner, yada yada yada.
Recall at the FoxNews debate, they finagled things to allow Kasich to move to the big debate. Immediately after, Kasich was hailed as the winner, yada yada yada.
Neither seems to be living up to their newly acquired hype.
