In the wake of the latest televised Republican presidential debate, New York businessman Donald Trump has more support than ever for the GOP's 2016 presidential nomination, according to an NBC/Survey Monkey Poll released Sunday. According to the survey, Trump has the support of 29 percent of Republicans, up from 22 percent in July and August.
Other contenders for the nomination are far behind Trump, according to NBC. Maryland pediatric neurosurgeon Ben Carson is second with 14 percent. Carson has gained steadily in NBC polls, registering 7 percent in April, 8 percent in July, and 10 percent in August.
Carly Fiorina, who finished second in a CNN poll released earlier Sunday, finishes third in NBC's poll with 11 percent support. NBC's statistics show a steady movement upward for Fiorina, who registered 2 percent support in July, and 8 percent in August. Fiorina appears to be the candidate who irritates Trump most. On Sunday, Trump tweeted that "Carly Fiorina did such a horrible job at Lucent and HP, virtually destroying both companies, that she never got another CEO job offer."

Jebito es mui disconcercioso.
Carly gets fed all the questions in advance and has a team to come up with pre-made answers. She comes off as rehearsed and scripted. Meanwhile Trump has to answer every question off the cuff and Trump still beats the hell out of her and everyone else.
Hahahaha
You see, confessing that you love moslems and you think that they are great does wonders for your popularity. I wonder if Trump plans to endorse homos next.
Fox News’ Carly lovefest hasn’t yet stopped. Guess they can’t support Jeb now and this is their new ABT candidate.
Really?? She got the questions in advance? Citation?
What’s wrong with people?!? The media clearly declared Carly Fiorina the winner of the last debate.
Jebito? Isn’t he running for president of Mexico?
Hugh Hewitt was a moderator. The whole thing with Fiorina and Trump on his show a couple weeks ago was curious to say the least. I am not saying she was fed actual questions. But I think she knew what subjects were coming in detail to her, and scripted her answers accordingly.
Yes, I think. But I think its “Northern” Mexico...what they call Aztlán?
Her answers were so damn rehearsed that she had to have been given the questions in advance. Would you put it past them at CNN? They would do anything to take Trump out at this point and they wanted Carly to win because Carly has no chance at all against a democrat.... Any democrat. She even lost to Boxer. You know ‘dumb as a box of rocks’ Boxer? Carly is an easy beat and they know it.... They’re counting on it.
What did you expect Trump to say about Muslims? Did you really think he was going to say we should have a religious test for all offices? Did you expect him to say we’d round ‘em up and ship them out of the country?
I don’t care for the Muslim religion one bit, and I think a faithful, practicing Muslim is ideologically unfit to be an American president. Government enforced submission to Allah kinda flies in the face of one of the fundamental American virtues: individual liberty. Nevertheless, that decision is left up to voters—not me.
She’ll be more manageable than Trump.
Something other than "I love the moslems. I think moslems are great people."
Okay, so it was just speculation on your part.
From what I’ve hear she’s pretty articulate, even unrehearsed. Her weekend appearance up in Mackinac Island, MI went very well.
Running against an entrenched incumbent with a strong personal bankroll and plenty of special interest connections is hard to beat anywhere. The worst thing you can do is underestimate your opponent.
The Carly FioRINO presidential campaign is an illusion. Once they have replaced Trump with FioRINO, her money and support is going to dry up and in walks Jeb.
Carly’s answers were rehearsed because they are canned soundbites she has been using for months. NOTHING she said in the debate was new or off the cuff. Every statement was a repeat of something she has said before.
She will need fresh material in the next debate or her routine will be exposed.
“shes pretty articulate, even unrehearsed.”
When I was an admin. assistant. in H.R. and we’d be recruiting for an executive slot, this type of person would come for an interview and wow the recruitment panels. Sharp, crisp, immediate answers with a confident manner. They’d be hired and, once in the position, were dismal failures. Panel members would think back and it dawned on them that they were fed a load of baffle-gab. The talk was great, but they absolutely could not perform.
If we checked references with prior employers we never got the truth because they feared possible lawsuits in the future. With Carly, at least we know her history as a leader and it stinks. She’s been a chronic failure.
“On Sunday, Trump tweeted that “Carly Fiorina did such a horrible job at Lucent and HP, virtually destroying both companies, that she never got another CEO job offer.””
OUCH!! We may never know if she got CEO offers after HP, but she certainly hasn’t been in that type position since HP.
“I am not saying she was fed actual questions.”
I guess we can’t assume that without evidence, but there is evidence that Hillary, in particular, will not go on Meet the Press (or at least shows similar to Meet the Press) without knowing what questions will be asked.
In this case, why WOULDN’T they pre-feed her the questions. Everyone there wanted her to win.
