Carly Fiorina was always going to win last night's debate, griped rival Scott Walker, whose own performance at last night's Republican debate was panned by political pundits.
'I think going in, we knew the narrative, no matter what was going to happen, was that they were going to say Carly had a big night, no matter what, and obviously they said that,' Walker said Thursday on Glenn Beck's radio show, blaming the political media for making the call and crowning Fiorina the winner.
While the Wisconsin governor had once been considered a top-tier GOP pick, Fiorina was among the pack's longshots, though has been surging in the polls in recent weeks.
So much, in fact, that the original debate rules would have kept Fiorina off stage, as CNN was averaging polls taken before the first debate, when she was relatively unknown, and up until the second to establish eligibility.

Walker is correct here. They see Carly as the anti-Trump, plus she is not electable as POTUS. So, they are using her to hold back the other candidates, many of whom are superior leaders and good Americans.
I think George Will’s unstated endorsement of Walker is hurting him..
Once again, time on-air squandered by another candidate, whining about one of the OTHER candidates, instead of deflecting it, and expounding on what THEY would bring.
Irreconcilable Differences (Good Read)

...Theres a huge chasm between the ruling class of American society and those over whom they rule. Its not simply a disagreement over the direction of society. In many respects, the duty of the ruling class is to guide their subjects to the right policies. In a sane society, the people in charge are smarter and more knowledgeable so they better be more right than the masses.
No, the dispute today is over the nature of society and it is an irreconcilable dispute. The ruling class of today imagines a world that does not include a thriving, rambunctious middle class that participates in the decision making. They imagine a world that looks a lot like feudalism, where the people are kept, like pets or farm animals. Its a world that cannot accommodate the English speaking worlds idea of a citizen.

It was obvious. The LSM had been pushing her up for at least a week prior to the debate. We know how the establishment works.

Mark Levin: “National Media Lovefest” Over Carly Fiorina
RCP Video ^ | 9-18-2015 | RCP transcript

MARK LEVIN: So I believe the establishment media were poised to declare Fiorina the victor over Trump and most of the field. So she is one of the establishment favorites...
You don’t have to agree with me, but at least let me put some facts out there. The indications were everywhere. Most of the same voices who opposed Trump, and before him Cruz, are singing her praises today. Notice that?
Notice how quickly they have lurched from Bush To Kasich to Fiorina? ......

Walker has a point.
Scott Walker is a wonderful governor. I hope he is elected president some day, he certainly should be. I just think that right now if we don’t get behind Trump, we are lost. He is the only one that can break the GOPe, the media, political correctness, and the left.
Scott Walker tanked when he refused to take a firm stand against the Mexican invasion. NOBODY WANTS THIS GARBAGE FILLING OUR COUNTRY. THEY TOOK OUR JOBS!
Scotty’s horse has died he just won’t get off. :-)
FoxNews managed to make room for Kasich, and then the media swooned over him for days after that debate.
CNN managed to add a podium for Fiorina, and the media have been swooning over her since.
Of course, both were set-ups.
Media and GOPelites built up Carson during the last week in hopes that he would be able to dent Trump’s rise. Every time Carson spoke, he came out with outlandish or left-leaning policies. It wasn’t working.
Thus, riseth Fiorina — with instructions to dent Trump.
The media still have stardust in their eyes, but many others who watched Fiorina saw her as cold. No smile. Not endearing. She reminded many of the Hillary persona.
I don’t know about that, the media was glorifying Carson for days beforehand. Eithe way there was no way Walker was going to get declared anything significant when they gave him the least amount of talking time of any candidate and less than half of the first place candidate.
It's hilarious that in the past day or so, one of the many anti-Trump screeds contained the wisdom that, with Perry out of the race, the narrowing of the field has opened up the opportunity for a large rise in poll numbers for some of the candidates. What did Perry poll, 2%? 4%?.
Partisan Media Shill Alert!
“Whether its true or not, it makes him look like a weasel to say it.”
He is merely playing the oft used “conservatives as victims card.”
Scott Walker complains about bias in the way the CNN debate was conducted.
FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.
I believe him. I also agree with Thomas Sowell. Walker and Jindal seem to be the only ones with proven track records.
Where did you get that phrase???? That’s what one of the lamestream liberal pundits said yesterday. Imitation is the best form of flattery :)
You are absolutely right. This started long before the first debate. Walker was rarely ever included in the news discussion of candidates. Someone in the higher ups is afraid of Walker and figures the only way to get him out is to ignore him. Even today on Judge J had Huckabee on her show and they talked about how little time huck chuck got in the debate. Judge and Huck both failed to mention that Walker got even less time. Huck would never do anything that might put someone else in the same boat he was in.
