Scott Walker gripes that media was going to crown Carly Fiorina GOP debate winner 'no matter what'

Carly Fiorina was always going to win last night's debate, griped rival Scott Walker, whose own performance at last night's Republican debate was panned by political pundits.
'I think going in, we knew the narrative, no matter what was going to happen, was that they were going to say Carly had a big night, no matter what, and obviously they said that,' Walker said Thursday on Glenn Beck's radio show, blaming the political media for making the call and crowning Fiorina the winner.
While the Wisconsin governor had once been considered a top-tier GOP pick, Fiorina was among the pack's longshots, though has been surging in the polls in recent weeks.
So much, in fact, that the original debate rules would have kept Fiorina off stage, as CNN was averaging polls taken before the first debate, when she was relatively unknown, and up until the second to establish eligibility.

Reminder to those that gloat over the allegedly "dying" mainstream media: They still hold more than enough sway with Americans to make a <1.0% candidate shoot close to the top of the polls in a national presidential election, essentially overnight.

He’ll get his time when he’s the last GOPe candidate standing.

“the original debate rules would have kept Fiorina off stage”
It’s all ginned up.
She’s an RNC GOPe Clintonista.

Walker is absolutely 100% correct on this and I’m happy he said what needed to be said.

media was going to crown Carly Fiorina GOP debate winner 'no matter what'This statement is undeniably true.

They practically ignored Walker and Cruz - and of all the governors on that stage - Walker has the best record of all of them.

if media like someone in a candidate, we need to worry. They have a keen eye in picking who their enemies are who they seek to destroy and Carly is not one of them

Sounds like sour grapes to me.

They got tired of trying to pumping up Carson, and have now switched to Fiorina. She’s just another Affirmative Action candidate who if she were Mr. Fiorina, would have been in the debate with Jindel, Graham, Santorum, Petoki.

The candidates should join with the people in rejecting the media as the propaganda ministry of the elite.

I think Walker picked some very bad advisers for his campaign, but, I also believe he is more conservative than the other governors who are in this race.

I don’t think it’s sour grapes - the ignored him and Cruz - it’s the truth. They have dismissed him and Ted as viable candidates and someone they don’t want to waste their time on.

Whether it’s true or not, it makes him look like a weasel to say it.

Its irrelevant the candidates are all letting themselves be being played ( except Bush because he is natural born idiot) while Obama continues his satanic destruction of America.

Fiorina now thinks she's hot....but this is only a Hillary/Carly setup. The two cats will kill each other.
Then we'll get back to normal....Walker will climb....Cruz will climb...but Trump will remain on top....because no one owns him.!!
To: ScottWalkerForPresident2016
And, he is correct. The torch is being passed from Bush to Fiorina. Bush's new job is not to win ... it's to dirty Trump (drag him into mud slinging). And Walker was bypassed as the recipient of the torch because he does not pander to the GOPe.
Many of our FReeper friends seem to think my Governor is GOPe. I will say it is true that Governor Walker is not a firebrand conservative like Cruz; he comes across a bit tepid. But I have never felt he was GOPe. In fact the GOPe was embarrassingly publicly absent from the scene when Walker was facing his recall. Personally I felt like the GOPe had left him to twitch in the wind. It was the grass-roots stalwart conservatives that rose up like a silent majority army that made him the first Governor in our state to ever beat a recall.
Governor Walker knows who has his back and who doesn't. I wish he were more of a firebrand. But I know he is reliable and keeps his promises. He'll have my vote as the nominee. And, that is something Romney did not have, and neither Bush or Fiorina will have.

Walker is 100% right.
The CNN moderator had three tactics. One was to encourage attacks on Trump and make him look bad. The second was to set up Carly Fiorina to make her look good. The third was to ignore and diminish conservatives like Cruz and Walker.
The MSM do not like Carly Fiorina. They are only using her as a tool to attack Trump.
