Donald Trump reacted with fury today as a newspaper report from 1927 surfaced and appeared to suggest his father was arrested during a KKK riot in 1927.
A New York Times story from 1927 lists a 'Fred Trump' as one of the people taken in during a 'free-for-all' battle between police and 1,000 members of the Ku Klux Klan.
The address in the article also matches that of Trump's father in Queens.

Obama’s father abandoned Dear Leader as a child. THAT is much more relevant to the world than anything Trump’s dad may or may not have done in 1927. If Trump were as much a bigot as the left says, why the heck would he live and work in places like FL & NY?
Indeed they will stop at nothing. And they picked the flipping wrong day to call me. I went after the poor guy on the attacks on Mr Trump and told them that the GOPe was dead to me. He did his best to keep me in the fold. But I was clearly not the first to read him the riot act.

While my father was a democrat, the party that founded the kkk, as far as i know my father was never a member of the kkk.
