A legal claim by a woman who gave birth to a mixed race baby after accidentally being impregnated with a black man’s sperm has been dismissed by a judge in Illinois.
Jennifer Cramblett sought damages from the Midwest Sperm Bank of Downers Grove, Illinois for wrongful birth and breach of warranty, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Ms Cramblett and her same sex partner bought sperm from the sperm bank.
But because of a clerical error, she was sent sperm provided by a black donor.

Her excuse - “But because of her upbringing she had stereotypical attitudes about black people and had “limited cultural competency” when dealing with African-Americans.”
Puh-leeze - as if the woman couldn’t change her attitude...and as if the fact that this child *is* black has more effect on her outcome than the way the child is raised. Progressive lib-think.
“Cultural compentency”...what the heck is that?? So the woman hasn’t been around that many black people. Big deal. Liberal buzzwords...sheesh.
This poor baby will need lots of prayers. Her own “mother” doesn’t take responsibility for her own thoughts and actions and I assume this little girl will be raised to think the same way.

When I was in school (1950s) biracial children were quite rare. By the time my daughter was in school (1980s) they weren’t common, but they weren’t that unusual. Now that her kids are in school, they are pretty common.

Homosexuality itself used to be considered a mental illness. It was deleted from the list of mental illnesses by the psychology community for political reasons.
