That’s all well and good, but Rinse Pee is not a candidates, nor is Mitt Romney, Karl Rove, or John McCain.

It’s pretty basic.
If the Texas “sore loser” law prevents Trump from running in November on a 3rd party ticket after being a candidate in the Republican primary, then he’d have no way to win.
No candidate who isn’t a Democrat can win POTUS without Texas.
