JACKSON, Miss. Onlyinyourstate.com has put out its list of the most dangerous cities in Mississippi.
The magnolia state is ranked the 36th most dangerous state in the country, putting it in the bottom half of states when it comes to safety. Home Security Shield helped onlyinyourstate.com come up with the list.
HSS says, Our rankings are based solely on the data publicly released each year by the FBI. A crime is a crime, so we took both violent and property crimes into account when compiling our list of Mississippis most dangerous cities.
The top ten most dangerous cities in Mississippi, according to onlyinyourstate.com, are:
10. Moss Point
9. McComb
8. Pascagoula
7. Greenwood
6. Vicksburg
5. Clarksdale
4. Cleveland
3. Greenville
2. Jackson
1. Indianola

I’d be willing to bet on what they all have in common without bothering to do any research.
From my knowledge of Ms I would bet you are 100% right.
From what I can recall of each of those towns, you’re right.
What a coincidence! It seems states/cities with large non-white populations have high crime rates. Crazy.
So we have what, 72 states now?
Check out the demographics by state. I’ll bet it’s at the bottom of the list in percentage.
Same with Chicago, Detroit, Ferguson, Baltimore, St Louis, etc...
Hmm what do they all have in common?
26 thru 50 equal bottom half
Quick google search. 25% white, 73% black. We can’t blame the mexicans for this one.
There, fixed it.
You’d be right too.
Yes that's right see how prosperous obama has made us, there were only 57 states when he began to fundamentally destroy America.
Same here in NJ; the violent crime is fairly well concentrated. We just need to post signs as in the original “Mad Max” indicating there is no reason for normal people to be there (to protect any visitors/tourists passing through).
Geez...hard to determine that one!
I’m still scratching my head thinking about it. /s
That means there are 35 states which are more dangerous than Mississippi.
putting it in the bottom half of states when it comes to safety.
That means that more than half of the states are safer than Mississippi.
Do the math.
a whole has two halfs
top half
bottom half
You figure it out.........
LOL. Have we added Iran and Cuba yet?
That’s a good beginning. Now think it through. If Mississippi is 36th on a list of most dangerous states, with the 1st on the list being the most dangerous, how many states are more dangerous than Mississippi? (We’ll save the hard part for later.)
