A poll bump and a terrific #CruzCountry #CruzToVictory Tour!
TedCruz.org ^ | 08/15/15 | Jeff Roe

Because of you, it’s been another amazing week! We just wrapped up our #CruzCountry #CruzToVictory Bus Tour through seven southern states that will play a huge role in making Ted our Republican nominee for President in 2016:

Coming off of the recent Republican Presidential debate, the wind was at our backs. A recent NBC poll ran after the debate and released Sunday morning showed that Ted had jumped up to second place nationally:

But even I’ll admit, we were a little surprised at the receptions we received throughout the tour. From the debate stage in Ohio to South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, at stop after stop, we had to move our events from inside to outside in fields and parking lots to accommodate the crowds of courageous conservatives that turned out to support Ted. Your showing of support was absolutely breathtakingthank you:

The tour started in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, on Friday, August 7th and concluded on Thursday evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where the atmosphere was absolutely electric. And the results were clear — the southern states that account for 356 of the 1,236 delegates needed to clinch the Republican nomination for President — the so-called “SEC” Primary states, are #CruzCountry. We look forward to continuing to build on our strong presence there to ensure we compete and win in the South!

One of the stops turned unusually personally along the way — I wanted to share the story with you. In Murfreesboro, Tennessee earlier this week, we had an unexpected and special guest — Pastor Gaylon Wiley. Many years ago, Pastor Wiley help lead Ted’s father, Rafael, to Jesus and baptized Ted when he was just eight years old. They hadn’t seen each other in years, and it was truly touching to witness the two of them reuniting. You can read about it here.

As a reminder, we are less than one week away from our Rally for Religious Liberty in Des Moines, Iowa that will have special appearances from the Newsboys as well as the Bontrager Family Singers. You won’t want to miss it — click here to RSVP to join us! If you or your church would like to host a viewing party, you may sign up for the live stream here.

You joined last month to promote Trump. Have you given money to the present Freepathon going on right now so FR can stay on the internet? Or, are you a post and run after Trump quits or wins or doesn’t win?

“In light of that, why does Ted Cruz desire to hurt the US and import 500% more STEM graduates?”

Because the native US graduates are idiots. They don’t know anything, have a poor work ethic but have an overly optimistic view of their abilities and are crude, rude and generally dope addled, sex crazed leftist who have been pampered and doted upon their entire lives.

If you want employees that work in entry level jobs you don’t hire US citizen college grads they are simply not up to the job

You know, whether I did or didn’t, my convictions are from the Bible and thus I wouldn’t tell you or anybody else.

And yeah, I did join to talk about Trump. I was never going to vote again because of the rigged system of the RINOs.

One problem we have with American students these days is that they’re coming out of the college with the degree but completely clueless about the practical applications.

I have an uncle who teaches at UofM and says we’re lucky if 1 in 10 are leaving college truly prepared for the workplace. They have so many social manipulations forced on them that it paralyzes them. He says its a pretty oppressive environment where the peer pressure to go with the crowd to protest Israel, Big Oil or whatever is greater than the pressure to study. And to make matters worse, professors “understand” and pass students for showing that they care about society.

The problem is that we let the left be in charge of our education for almost half a century. In order to save the country we have to clean up our education and put God back in the schools.

Thank you for your post. It will become very handy to describe why Ted Cruz does what he does (from an apparent supporter).

Excellent post, and a much-needed dose of sanity.

Don’t worry, I’ve done quite a bit of research on both Cruz and Trump. The results are why I will stick with supporting Ted and will never support Trump.

Well, then by all means post away, if that is better than sending your questions to the Cruz campaign.

Cruz has a website. Why don’t you ask him?

Good idea! I'll bring it to him.

Our Standard: The Constitution

Ted Cruz has spent a lifetime fighting to defend the Constitution — our nation’s founding document and the supreme law of the land — which was crafted by our founding fathers to act as chains to bind the mischief of government and to protect the liberties endowed to us by our Creator.

Religious Liberty

Second Amendment

U.S. Sovereignty

Government Overreach

Stronger, Safer America

army-2015

A safer, stronger America safeguards freedom at home and across the globe. That’s why Ted Cruz has fought tirelessly to defend our nation’s servicemen and women, to restore America’s leadership in the world, and to secure our border and streamline our legal immigration system.

Jobs & Opportunity

landing_bg3

The American Dream — the idea that anyone, through hard work and determination, can achieve anything — is under assault like never before. Obamacare, an overreaching federal government, and out of control spending threaten the ability of small businesses and entrepreneurs to create jobs and innovate. This has to stop and Ted Cruz has led the way to bring back jobs, growth, and opportunity to America.

Yes that and the school imposed social engineering.

My 49 year old sister is getting a business management degree from the community college and had to take a semester of orientation on socializing and campus life. She didn’t want to socialize with the college kids, she wanted to take the class and move on but the class was required.

Now she’s taking a required humanities class and working on a paper about the detrimental effects Europeans had on African village life. There is no other option, it was very bad end of story.

An adult knows how to navigate that sort of thing by giving the teacher what he or she wants and forget about it. College kids get so tied up in pleasing the teacher and peers that their major often suffers but the liberal teachers will pass them anyway.

He also authored a bill to put STEM graduates out of work by increasing the number of foreign workers by 500%.

When we have too many US born STEM graduates:

I’m not going to read several walls of text. I’ve asked a good question. I want to see all the candidates answer it, including Cruz. Like I said, if Trump goes down in flame, I want a viable alternative. So yes, I want to like and trust Cruz.

The way a lot of the pro-Cruz people respond to my question tells me a lot though. I’m done with this thread. To say anything else would be redundant.

G’nite

Are there Americans applying?
If so why aren’t they hired?
We realistically need immigrants.
Which would you rather have?
low skill scum suckers or ones who will actually contribute?

Do you think our education system is sending out enough qualified people?

It’s alarming to get a glimpse of college requirements and you’re right- these kids aren’t equipped to think their own thoughts and they’re being indoctrinated - not educated.
