Are we witnessing another collapse of the party system?

I know it’s still early, but it’s beginning to appear this election cycle that conventional wisdom may not hold.

The pundit class and the establishment politicians inhabiting the insular bubble that is the District of Criminals are flummoxed. They can’t fathom why the hoi polloi will not fall in line behind establishment-approved candidates (and there are several, but particularly they are Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton). Some pundits are even offering to turn in their “pundit license.”

For example, The Washington Post’s Charles Lane told Brett Baier on Fox News’ Special Report last week: “I think I’m going to have to turn in my pundit’s license because — or somebody is going to revoke it because I really can’t analyze this phenomenon. We’re living through one of the strangest, most — if not strange, one of the most puzzling moments in politics that I can remember.”

For all the establishment’s machinations, The Donald will not go away. His “impolitic,” but correct, observation that Sen. John McCain is only a “war hero because he was captured” didn’t doom him, as they predicted. His “impolitic,” but correct, observation that Mexico is sending rapists and criminals across the border didn’t doom him, as they predicted. His debate performance, in which the petulant establishment mouthpiece Megyn Kelly attempted to take him out, backfired. Attempts to couch his statements about Kelly coming at him with “fire coming out of her eyes … her whatever” as a sexist reference to menstruation are mind-boggling sophistry. The rank and file aren’t buying it, recognizing a straw man when they see one. And Erick Erikson’s disinvitation of Trump from his Red State Jeb Bush praise-fest revealed Erikson as the neocon elitist tool that he is and only served to elevate Trump’s standing.

As a conservative, I am not bothered by anyone marrying a woman from overseas.

At least she is a real woman.;>{)

If you are married, ask your wife how she “feels” about rich American men importing beautiful wives from overseas.

She thinks those are the smart men. We both consider young american women to be poisoned by the American culture and VERY bad for potential spouses - statistically speaking. And of our six adult children, four of them are women who we love very much.

The reason that this amazing thing is occurring is the fact that the people have finally awakened and realized that the reason we find ourselves in the most dangerous position we have ever been in and the reason that we are just one election away from political slavery is due to......THE REPUBLICAN PARTY and THE DEMOCRAT PARTY!

They have morphed from brothers to identical twins and have bestowed horrific damage to our individual rights and Constitutional rights.

You have to born before 1955 to actually experience the American way of life was then compared to what it is today. If you weren’t, it’s very hard to truly understand.

Within a span of 14 months we will stand at a political cliff that will determine whether we are free or government slaves. If we find that freedom trumps a free ride on the government, we will have won and then the rebuilding of our country will begin...if not, for once freedom is lost it cannot be regained.

The scenario is like a man who is born poor, works all of his life to build a financial success and when he dies all of it goes to his dope dependent son who in turn, blows it all away.

We built the American dream and now we are about to give it away to that son. We only have one chance left to prevent it.

The chickens have come home to roost....and look, they have brought rope. These media foxes and our so called representatives should be afraid...very afraid.

If we install a liberal Democrat to spite the GOP, we’ve gained nothing.

Anger can be useful, but it needs to be harnessed intelligently to be effective.

Ted Cruz is working to win, opening offices in every state and even Guam. He’s smart, staying out of the tabloid Trump mess, because he knows Trump will self-immolate and leave the serious candidates.

As for Mark Levin and Sarah Palin, so what? Do you think for yourself or follow behind talk/media personalities? Levin I respect as a serious thinker, but he hasn’t endorsed anyone. Palin is much less of a serious thinker. I don’t take my opinions from them or anyone else.

Instead of worrying about who Levin and Palin support, you should address my point to you, which is that we cut off our noses to spite our faces if we elect a liberal Democrat to burn the GOP.

AN EXCELLENT ARTICLE!

Although I can’t stand Trump’s personality, I respect and admire his accomplishments in life. I don’t care what party he leans toward or his religious affiliation.

What I do care about is that he can’t be bought, bullied, or lured by riches and wealth based upon crony capitalism or downright bribes and finally, he is genuinely concerned about the futures of his family, friends and relatives future freedoms and ways of life in the future.

Both the “so called conservatives” in the Republican Party and the liberals in the Democrat party seethe with hatred at the mere mention of his name. Why? They fear he is DANGEROUS to their personal futures and wealth because he “rocks the boat”, “doesn’t row with the rest of us”, “isn’t a team player” and most importantly, “isn’t one of us.”

That is EXACTLY why he is taking this political race by storm...he is “one of us”, the American politically unwashed.

The New Whigs (Whiggers?) have lost their grip on the Republican base. They were warned over and over again, but their arrogance has led them directly to this place where they must now borrow vote fraud tactics from the Democrats to survive one more election cycle.
