In what may be the most important development in the 2016 Presidential race to date, Donald Trump has announced, and Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) office has confirmed, that the GOP front-runner is consulting with the Alabama Senator in crafting his immigration plan for the future of America.
The real estate moguls announcement will send shock waves through Washington D.C. and all across primary states.
Trump, whose campaign has focused primarily on issues of immigration and trade, has seen a meteoric rise since entering the race, with throngs of supporters across the country rocketing him to the top of every single poll, despite an extraordinary effort of establishment Republicans to take him down. Republican pundits have lobbed every imaginable accusation at Trump. Yet these same pundits, while seemingly furious at the man, have demonstrated no similar concern, angst, or passion about the dissolution of our southern border, the rampant exploitation of guest-worker programs, the collapse of middle class wages, and the growing illegal immigrant crime wave.

Let Trump take on the LSM and political opponents on his own, get subject matter experts for policy. Sounds like a possible winning strategery.
I think they've got something even bigger cooked up. These guys intend to upend the entire GOP-e/Dem/Globalist/Media cartel.
Trump/Cruz 2016!
Trump has not said much about LEGAL immigration, yet, except the same bromides that he loves legal immigration. There have been people speaking about this immigration nightmare going all the back to the late 80s. Trump caused a firestorm because we have been getting blasted on this issue by the GOPe & the left.
Quite obviously, Mr Trump pays attention to our heroes, too.
He’s not a billionaire because he’s stupid and out of touch.
The man’s mind is active 24/7. He’s more tuned in than his detractors can imagine.
BOOYAH!!
There's a reason Trump and Cruz had that closed door meeting a few weeks back. I can hardly comprehend the level of expert game they crafted between the two of them.
These are the AMERICANS we've been waiting for to lead us, people!
From your keyboard to God's ear!
Who did he mention having lunch with in tonight’s speech?
It would be a lot easier if Trump had a proven track record as a conservative thinker.
However, consider this. Trump is going to get a lot of conservative support simply because he is not GOPe. He will get some Republican support from those who admire his get things done reputation.
If he had a long, published track record as a conservative, I doubt he could get support from voters who supported the Blue Dog Dems, and those working class Democrats who are dismayed at what Obama hath wrought on the border, and who are not comfortable with the leftward lurch of the party.
Yeah, he has been incoherent and has done a lot of “evolving” recently. In normal times I’d shy away from somebody like Trump, but these are not normal times. If something doesn’t happen to dismantle the GOPe machine, they are going to sell out conservatism for cheap labor and a voting block that will make conservatives irrelevant for a generation.
Trump is a bit of a snake oil salesman to someone like me used to voting for the most conservative GOP offering. I hope Cruz has truly left the GOP reservation, but how can we be sure? Carly? No way. Walker? Jeb with better patter.
It’s Trump’s dubious magic elixir or the hemlock that the Uniparty is pushing on us.
It should be required reading for every candidate. Immigration is a winning issue, especially if it is linked to American jobs and wages. The GOPe will go batsh^t if Trump makes immigration, legal and illegal, the focal point of his campaign.
Trump apparently doesn’t nap. He doesn’t sleep much.
In other words 'violence of action' parlance.
Sessions is fighting the good fight on LEGAL AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.
My first thought, too. Just when you think politics can’t get better...
I've read that Trump doesn't have a real $Billion dollars of liquid capital to expend on his presidential campaign. He'd have to start selling off assets to produce the hard dollars to compete with the Democrats.
Because of that, he does have a 'donate' button on his campaign page. I'm good on that, and will throw a few bucks to his campaign, as I can spare them.
Trump did a good job of highlighting the trail of devastation and destruction by criminal aliens. He did not touch legal immigration and the damage it is doing to American workers and their loss of jobs and depressed wages. We have a surplus of labor yet we continue to bring in 1.1 million legal permanent workers a year and 640,000 guest workers annually.
Sounds like a great 16 year plan!

If the guy puts his mind to something, he tends to achieve it.
Yes. He is our Lone Man Standing, on ALL immigration fronts, IMO. So thankful Trump is meeting with this fine patriot.
Absolutely. He may be worth $10 Billion on paper, but most of it's locked up in hard assets. He'd have to start selling those assets to self fund a Billion dollar campaign.
I believe in what he wants to do for America, so I'm willing to throw a few of my meager bucks his way.
