Indict Hillary Now!

am i the only one who remembers when the democRATS controlled congress how they would constantly issue indictments to monkey around with republican re-election efforts? they did this constantly (for many years). here we have clear and compelling evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors by Hillary and nobody in the GOP controlled congress is even talking about bringing her up on charges. WTH? politics is a bloodsport. the GOPe needs to start playing by the rules the democRATS play by. ugh. so disgusted. indict her and control the media narrative for the next 18 months and the GOP wins in November 2016. yet they sit around doing nothing. she's corrupt. do something GOPe!!!!!!!!!!

“Body language says a lot.”

That is a good picture...Clinton is definitely the supplicant and Obummer is deciding whether or not to throw a lifeline...and it looks like definitely not.

We are all with you, but the powers that be are not and will not be, they may have the goods on her, but she can shovel the shite right back at them.

She may be damaged enough to drop out of the race, (maybe) but if that happens it will be the worst of any punishment she will experience.

The Progressive Liberal Democrat/Rino Communist Uni-Party protects their own, Hillary is a gold star premium member.

Unless I’m mistaken, which is quite possible, Congress being a legislative body, has no power to issue indictments.

What I want to know - is Dershowitz correct on this one?
https://youtu.be/bnxEkhauFXI

Basically his claim is that none of the emails were classified - at the time they were sent.

If not, we’re being rope-a-doped - again...

A federal prosecutor will have to indict her and the JD is controlled by Obama. Obama may have no love for Hillary but he also doesn’t want to see his 8 year reign of lawlessness undone by a conservative Republican.

Could you tell me when Congress, republican or democrat controlled, has ever issued an indictment. Frustrated or not, Congress does not now nor has it ever had any law enforcement power.

It doesn't have to be secret.

Judicial Watch is not entitled to Secret documents.

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan is presiding over Judicial Watch's civil FOI request.

And Hillary has now swore she has no more email to turn over.

I think they tried, but didn’t use proper capitalization
on the documents which were then promptly tossed out.

Your rant would be a good example of that.

maybe indictment is the wrong word now, but congress does have the power to to go after corruption, otherwise who would be able to go after a corrupt justice department?

congress can also arrest people for contempt of congress.

i guess they went after all of those republicans in the past using their special prosecutors (a law which they allowed to lapse several years ago). but yes, using this special prosecutor, congress has been able to indict people.
