Two top aides to Hillary Clinton gave assurances to a federal judge Wednesday that they will not delete any emails or other records related to their work at the State Department during Clinton's tenure as America's top diplomat.
Lawyers for former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin told the State Department they would abide by U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan's request that they not erase any copies of federal records in their possession.
In addition, Clinton lawyer David Kendall confirmed that a Colorado technology firm on Wednesday turned over to the Justice Department the private server which housed Clinton's emails while she served as secretary of state. He also said he'd produced three thumb drives with Clinton's digital copies of emails she gave State in paper form last December.

But have they deleted anything already?
Man, this story is really starting to break everywhere.
That’s the funniest one I’ve heard in quite some time.
FBI and Justice get involved and these people start being a little more compliant. Not thumbing their noses like they did to congress.
If they did, they'll likely go to prison.
....that they will not delete any emails or other records related to their work at the State Department...
I do not give a rats ass about State Department related work.
Show us the Clinton Foundation related records
Taking and/or distributing or sending classified documents, including top secret documents (country in danger if known), off the government server is a federal crime. Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin and her Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are guilty of misdemeanors and likely felonies. Gross negligence in the loine of duty. Hillary was in one of the most powerful positions of US government after the president himself. If there is equal justice, they will be tried and sentenced. Nobody is supposed to be above the law in the U.S.
I’m wondering if their respective lawyers have told them that it’s time to abandon the sinking ship.
I they’re smart they’ve told Cheryl, and Huma to put on their Life Jackets.
At this point Hillary is likely to walk over their dead bodies to save herself.
Obango vowed to uphold the Constitution.
Gross negligence and willfully ignoring regulations and national security.
Is this a trick question?
Yep, if they agreed to strip classification markings off of information known to be classified, they conspired to commit a national security felony.
And I don't think the military/intelligence community will let go of this one.
It's payback time, for Patraeus, several other generals, CIA disclosures etc.
ONLY by Obama formally pardoning all of them will this thing not go to it's legal conclusion.
Prison.
OH, we misunderstood! You *don’t* want evidence destroyed.
We were unclear on that.
The gals’ mouthpieces
They promise that they WON’T (present tense) erase any emails. They’re not talking about the ones they’ve already erased. We’re back to “Depends on what the definition is ‘is’ is.”
Or, it could be that they’re sending a signal. “Don’t mess with us. We have the goods. And if we end up in Ft. Marcy Park the world will know why.”
RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT
That might fly with our pussy-assed Congress, but not with a Grand Jury and Federal Prosecutor.
I just realized that all those Obama lovers who hated Hillary and were so disappointed when he named her SOS will now be saying “Hillary did it. It wasn’t Obama.”
So am wondering about Julian Epstein’s defense of Hillary tonight - that every SOS before her used a private server. I remember someone else claiming that Cheney and Powell used a private server.
Does anyone know that if true why it wasn’t a problem then?
