'Teflon Don' is at it again. Is this for real? I mean, I know it is- but...Donald Trump? The true frontrunner for our dear GOP? I have to admit, I am still skeptical of him- but he is saying all the right things...this speech tonight even made me believe. Anyone else coming around? I've seen the polls...but how many of you really are considering voting for Trump? We should have some kind of Freeper Poll by state. This is gettin' kinda real. He can't be dismissed anymore.

Amazing that many on this forum of all things favor politicians over a billionaire businessman who has never been a politician.
Politicians are professional liars and what have politicians done, in the last 120 years all they've done is grow government , take away our fredom, and let more 3rd world immigrants in, nothing good.
He is a great communicator, isn’t he? Not in the same way as RR, but a great communicator nonetheless. And...I guarantee the US Govt is not too big for him to manage.

HOORAY Trump
downloaded the audio with iPull from the youtube video then pumped up the audio with Audacity. Listening to it now quite fine on macbook. But yeah, the audio was limpid.
Trump is getting better with every speech and his q and a sessions and interviews are outstanding. His policy positions are not perfect but close enough. He learns fast, a quick study. I’m sure he’ll spend more time doing his job and getting things done than Obama ever did. I think he can bring our country back.

Completely agree.
He reminds me of a 1950’s, early 1960’s radio personality.
He veers off into tangential topics, frankly I don’t know if we ever make it back to the original topic at hand, I just keep listening and keeps getting more interesting.
It’s like he tells a joke, stops at the punch line with an ‘Oh by the way’. Then slips in the punch line as an aside later on.
My conclusion, too. God is ultimately our only Hope, but He has raised up The Donald for such a time as this.

Not me.
There are some here who think America is too far gone and should burn. I think that much of Trump’s support comes from this, supporters who don’t care that he’s not serious, who don’t care that he’s not a conservative, who just like that he’s loud and rude to people we don’t like.
I’m not among them; I love my country and will not stop fighting. If Trump is the nominee I’ll sit out the election.
We need someone who not only mouths conservative slogans, but who has followed conservative principles in his personal life. Trump so completely fails that test, it’s not even open to discussion.
The idea, I guess, being that Americans won't give up on socialism until they have had their noses rubbed good and hard in its complete failure.
I am not of that view. Not yet, anyway.
