The headline is an outrageous lie, as Trump did not say that to any female at all.
In fact, the article transcribes the dialogue verbatim and it does not include any command to “drop to your knees”.
It’s shocking to see such a blatant lie, even from TDB.

When did Megyn Kelly announce her candidacy for President?
Kelly’s question was about mean spirited, insults made about women, not about general baudy conversation.
Also, it was asked in the round where each candidate was asked about specific, perceived problems with their electibility. Ben Carson was treated far worse than Trump, yet he and his minions aren’t trying to smear the reporter who dared to ask him a tough question.
Trump did OK answering Kelly’s question. His post debate reaction is hurting him far more.
She assumed the missionary position.

Per that interview with Stern, Kelly admits that she is nothing but a mouthpiece for her employer.
