“roger Stone is a body, builder, pervert. Trump should never have had him on the team.”

IIRC Roger Stone was involved in some swinger scandal years ago. Not exactly a ringing endorsement of his conservative credentials in my opinion. Trump is probably better off without his services.

“Didn’t Reagan also switch his team..”

John Sears.

“Sears managed Ronald Reagan’s 1976 presidential bid when Reagan ran in the Republican primaries against incumbent President Gerald Ford and almost won the nomination. He again managed Reagan’s presidential bid in 1980, but was fired and replaced by William Casey on the day Reagan won the New Hampshire primary. Sears had run the national operation out of Washington and was a rival of Edwin Meese, Michael Deaver, and Lyn Nofziger in California. They didn’t trust Sears and believed he was trying to consolidate power at the expense of many longtime Reagan friends and backers.”

You think this is urgent! This coming from the king of “You are fired.” When Trump is unhappy and you are not doing the job you are fired. Sounds good to me. All is normal.

I think you may be right. This is all getting kind of creepy.

So many agendas...so many secrets. One thing struck me in Stone’s statement- Trump surrounding himself with “yes” men. If that is the case then Trump is getting bad counsel. If he thinks for one minute that the Drudge poll is even close to an accurate reflection of the country then he’s really off the beam and delusional.

No way to know what’s true yet.

Well Roger might be a little bitter.I followed him on twitter because he said Hillary would never run for President. He was really shocked when she did.Stone has a lot of inside info. He’s fun.He quit because he was into running a campaign not a tabloid.Trump would never hire yes men or women. You can’t learn from that.Stone just didn’t want to go in The Donald’s direction.Just my guess.

“We’re in cult of personality territory here.”

Agreed. It’s a real shame to see so many conservatives buying in.

That’s a crappy leader and a preview of how Trump would treat the Tea Party on any disagreement since this is how he’s treated the TP in the past.

I think it's the way he treats everyone who says "no" to him. It's become pretty clear he is surrounded by "yes men", and flies into a child like rage when anyone calls him to account or questions him pointedly.

If you really listen to his comments and speeches, he really doesn't say anything of substance. Just recites a bunch of platitudes about how great he's polling, that he is a winner, that he will make America great again, that he will build "terrific" vet hospitals, and on and on and on. But there is never any actual specifics to this stuff. When actually backed into a corner and asked HOW he is going to make Mexico pay for a wall, HOW he is going to win black voters, etc, he has no answers - and if pushed flies into a tantrum. This is why his campaign will implode all on it's own, and why Republicans shouldn't worry about his 3rd party blackmail. The guy is never going to make it all the way to a general election anyway.

It’s about time someone other than Newt point out the idiocy of the questions. We have communists following the ALinsky plan to a T and all the media can ask about are personal gotcha questions.

Wikipedia alleges that Stone and his wife were swingers and place ads in publications for partners. Go to Wiki for more details.

Sorry @realDonaldTrump didn’t fire me- I fired Trump. Diasagree with diversion to food fight with @megynkelly away core issue messages

that’s exactly what I would say if Trump fired me. It’s the perfect excuse.
