It starts.
Progaganda is lies not lie in the photo and no lie that Trump invited them. How long would you consider any other of the presently running Republican candidates if they were in the picture?
I thought it might be helpful to look at the actual language.
“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”
Notice the lower case letters on nbc. My memory (it may be fuzzy) is that the second clause was added to allow those like Ben Franklin to be eligible. My memory is that Franklin was born in France.
My memory is also that Cruz released a white paper many months ago on the NBC language, and his eligibility. It reviewed all statutory and case law.
For what it is worth, I would trust the research of Cruz before I would Coulter.
Ann, if you’ve got more research or data, other than a lame innuendo, be an adult and give it up.

What defines a natural-born citizen are the U.S. citizenship laws in effect at the time of your birth.
At the time of Ted Cruz’s birth he met the legal requirements then in effect for automatic U.S. citizenship and therefore did not have to apply for naturalized citizenship.
Citizenship is a form of inheritance a person receives from three sources: Father, Mother and Place of Birth.
"Natural Born Citizenship" was/is a term used to define the "purest" form of citizenship, where the person receives the same citizenship inheritance from all three sources.
For example, I am a Natural Born American citizen. My father and mother were both American citizens when I was born here in the USA.
It doesn't matter where my parents were born or where they came from. Only what they pass on to me matters and they can only give me what they have.
If they had both gone through melting pot and become American citizens, they pass on their American citizenship. If not, then they pass that on to me.
People may feel differently about each class, but Natural Born, naturalized and native born citizenship are legally equal to each other with one exception: Presidential eligibility.
You are a citizen, but you aren't eligible unless you are a Natural Born Citizen: born here to citizen parents. Purebred, native born American.
With a country full of true natural born citizens as strictly defined, there's no need to water down our Constitution and its definitions.
We once strived to live up to them. Now we are made to lower them to our lowest common denominator to be "fair" rather than exceptional as we used to strive to be.
And Rubio.
Stating that can get you banned on FR now.
Wow. This is incredibly low and desperate.
Ann always becomes unhinged when she’s in the grip of one of her political crushes. I remember one instance in 2012 when she started screaming-—literally shrieking-—about Romney on Hannity’s radio show. Sean seemed taken aback and said, “Good grief, calm down.”
I wonder if years of being starved of nutrients has a cumulative effect on the brain. Apparently it does.
Oh, well. I bought her book, but I have the receipt. Back it goes.
The Senate knew the NBC issue with McCain was a problem which lead to a worthless Sense of the Senate Resolution hoping to head off a court challenge. The Resolution was ostensibly to certify McCain's NBC status but the democrats again played the GOPe like a fiddle and used it to cover for Obama, who clearly did not meet the requirements for NBC status.
Remember that 0bama’s situation has no bearing on the Cruz case
____________________________________
it has every bearing..
theres no going back..
Obama’s father was from another country, here on a student visa and deported..and married to another woman..his mother was a single under aged American citizen born in Kansas of American citizens..and American ancestors..
the father of Cruz was married to his mother, an immigrant legally in the country, his mother was an American citizen born in Delaware..of American parents and American ancestors..
Obama has caused a precedence by being president although he was not an NBC..
therefore since the change in the rules has been accepted by the American citizens, this is what we have..
TW why do Cruz objectors insist on claiming that both his parents are foreigners ???
Romney’s father was born in Mexico of parents who never intended to ever return or live in the US again..they hated our decency laws..
meanwhile the parents of Cruz love our country and are loyal patriots..
Tennessee Nana
Immigrant
But of American ancestors
:)
Hey little fella, why don’t we share your FReepmail to me with the class.

suck my dick old man.<<
Thanks for the link and the time you took to send. I have
read this before. This would exclude the Obama simply because
he’s black and to a point Cruz as well.
No, she’s not right, and the owner of the site has cleared it up. See cripplecreek’s link in post #44.
My memory is that Franklin was born in France.

Franklin was born in Boston, MASS of English born parents..
Because his mothe was a US citizen >18yrs old and had spent the majority of the previous 10 years in the US.
It's not so much that it's on straight but more that part of her anatomy she has it stuck in.
Where in the constitution do you find “native born citizen”?
“Like it or not, just like Obama, he was not born to two U.S. citizens, and additionally not born in the USA.”
Can you prove that about the Obama?
For that matter and others can you prove
anything about the existence of the Obama? He is there, he
does take up space and displace a portion of the
atmosphere but that’s about all we can confirm. Is that his
real name? Is he really black or white? Is he a muslim or
not? Is he gay or bisexual? What can you realy prove about the
Obama?
“Obama birth rumor”
Rumor? Ha!
