I think your choices were spot on. Cruz, Rubio and Walker will move up in the polls. Carly will too. Trump will fade a bit. Not a good night for him. Rubio actually looked better than most and the outside spot I think will be Huckabee who did far better than the so called experts thought he would.

Just 4 years ago - she was a liberal Republican. Now, she’s all conservative on us - the very thing that people give Trump heck for. She’s also funded by Univision - which tells me she had her marching orders to attack Trump.
I agree about the third party. Cruz would join him and so would Palin.
I know you aren’t a Trump supporter but I have been reading his books and I am convinced the only way he would go third party is if Bush won the nomination. He hates the Bush family. I don’t know why but you can see it in the timeline of the things he has said that were pro democrat.
I don’t think he ever really agreed with the democrats. I think he just really hated Bush.

Like most debates, FOX is no different in setting up the participants they don’t like and treating the ones they like as if they are “special”

Honesty was as usual great for Trump...but he was set up and didn’t see 3rd party question coming.. right off the deck no less! He should have been prepared for anything as he knew he was going to be targeted. With that in mind I think he could have done better then what was seen and heard.
Kelly did go for the jugglar....it threw him and obvious so. Yes dirty pool but Trumps going to have to be better prepared with solid comebacks that “impress” not just swinging. I hoped he would be quicker on his feet but they did nail him.
His poll numbers may increase yet again after this...but I want to really see him “shine”....unless he really doesn’t have the ability to do so...I can’t believe he doesn’t???
