cruz just got asked another question by the facebook guy (2:38 GMT). does that make the grand total now 5 questions asked of cruz? it was about cyberwarfare by russia and china. cruz seemed to answer quite well and also took a swipe at the previous question in his answer.

To be fair, I don’t think there has been a real debate on TV for at least 40 years, but if the point of a debate is to inform the voters what the candidates believe on the important issues of the day, then this definitely didn’t do that. It was intended to provoke, to create news/controversy, not inform.
Of course the candidates will get hostile, gotcha questions in the press and on their campaign stump speeches, but what does that have to do with a supposedly serious debate. What did any of us learn about what these men really believe about foreign policy, illegal immigration, the economy that we didn’t know before? Not much.
Transgenders in the military? THAT is what Bret Baier thinks is important?
