Speaker Boehner’s has been getting away with these kinds of illegal activities for decades, but the walls may finally be closing in on one of the worst Speakers in American political history.(Click For More)

If Boehner and other politicians were to acknowledge the commission of serious job-related felonies, including identity theft, by 75 percent of illegal aliens they would either have to deny the vast majority of illegal aliens legal status or they would have to openly acknowledge that illegal aliens are being given amnesty from serious felonies while their victims are left holding the bag and while American citizens and legal residents are being prosecuted for these very same crimes.(Click For More)

Congressman and House Judiciary member Scott Peters (D-CA) alleges that Boehner appeared in the commercial in January, and accepted both $95,000 in direct payment and a one-time $40,000 donation to his 2016 reelection campaign. If true, Boehner would have violated House rules prohibiting him from accepting payment or gifts.

The commercial allegedly shows Boehner sitting on a park bench, crying while beautiful women walk past him, while he narrates an inner monologue, saying “I wish I could get a Boehner, and show these ladies that I’m not a total Boehner.” Then, what Peters describes as “a magical animated elf” appears, promoting Pfizer’s unidentified new pill, after which a reinvigorated John Boehner is surrounded by women, one of whom says “now that’s what I call a Boehner!”

Judiciary Committee Republicans have been tight-lipped on the commercial, with some speculating that a GOP coup against the Speaker of the House might stem out of the investigation. Peters also says he believes Republicans are “on board” with the investigation, based on his personal conversations with committee members.

I have emails concerning Boehner's crying. I am trying to find a source to verify those. It is said that Boehner has been coached. He has been given "acting lessons" as it were. His "crying" is as phoney as everything else he does.

There is the connection to Bonehead and why he will do nothing. The House is where the money is allocated for Planned Parenthood. So the House simply defunds and circumvents the Chief Abortionist in the White Hut. Tell the White Hut to GO TO HADES

We’re All Bozos on This Bus, or “Orange is the New Black”
Michelle Obama's Mirror ^ | 8-5-2015 | MOTUS

Posted on 08/05/2015 6:48:25 AM PDT by NOBO2012

Here’s one reason Republicans complain about lack of leadership in their party. John Boehner explains his ambitions on Golf TV:

boehner“I want to be head Bozo”

Some people were pushing me to run for the Senate. I decided I didn’t want to do that, and I made a decision that the rest of my career was gonna be in the US House. So the team said to me, “All right, well, the rest of your career’s gonna be in the House. What’s your goal?” I didn’t know! So I said, “Well, if you don’t shoot for the top (snickers), why shoot for anything?” So I set my goal to be speaker.”

Your goal in the House of Representatives was to be speaker? Remember when politicians used to have goals that involved their constituents? Or their party’s platform? Or at least they were smart enough to pretend their goals involved their constituents and party platform? More often than not these days, Democrats and Republicans alike are in it for what it means for them, not us.

Which explains why The Boner yearns for the days before talk radio and multiple news channels started to get into his kitchen:

Twenty years ago when, uh, we won the first Republican majority in 40 years, there was one radio talk show host that nobody'd ever heard of.  Uh, there was one cable news channel that just did news.  And you look at today, you've got hundreds of radio talk show hosts all trying to outdo themselves, right -- going further right and further right and further right. Uh, you've got all these cable news channels, and all they do are politics, and it's tending to either push or pull people into one of two camps.

Things were just better back then, when you could pretend to be a Republican and nobody ever questioned it.

difference-

between-democrats-and-republicans

It’s not surprising then that the GOP can’t muster enough support to defund Planned Parenthood. Speaker Boehner is still too busy crying about the fact that he can’t play golf with Big Guy anymore because everyone will wonder what they’re cooking up; and it’s better nobody knows.

So If I go down to see President Obama, the right begins to wonder what I'm up to; the left begins to wonder what the president's up to.  The president's suggested, "Hey, you think it's too much trouble if we play golf again?" (snickers)  And I have to look at him and say, "Yes!"

yo john

So next time the Boner whimpers, ask not for whom the Boner cries, he cries for himself. Always, and only.

Cuccinelli Urges Virginians To Support Motion To Oust Boehner
conservativehq.com ^ | 7/31/15

Posted on 08/03/2015 4:20:37 AM PDT by cotton1706

Principled limited government constitutional conservative Ken Cuccinelli, Chairman of Liberty Now PAC, issued a powerful appeal for Virginians to demand their Representatives in Congress support Rep. Mark Meadows' motion to vacate the Chair and oust John Boehner as Speaker of the House.

Cuccinelli writes:

An amazing thing happened the other day, although it hasn’t gotten much attention… yet!

On Tuesday, North Carolina Congressman Mark Meadows courageously submitted a “Motion to Vacate the Chair.” The “Chair” in this case is Speaker Boehner. If successful, Congressman Meadows’ motion would remove Congressman Boehner as Speaker of the House, and allow for a vote on a new Speaker.

Maybe America can actually get a principled leader at the helm of the House?! What a change that would be! And what a step forward for America!

What Exactly Is It?

The Motion to Vacate the Chair is a privileged motion. This means that – if Cong. Meadows forces it forward – it cannot be blocked by the Speaker or his leadership team using procedural tactics or the Rules Committee. They will have to have a vote of the entire House of Representatives.

Some will note that the Motion has already been sent to the Rules Committee, and that’s true. However, Cong. Meadows can move to discharge the Motion from the Committee or, if the Committee votes it down quickly, he can simply submit another Motion to Vacate the Chair and call for a vote that must happen within two legislative days (two days during which the House is in session).

Boehner’s Health Policy Director is Sister of StemExpress Founder
Breitbart News Network ^ | 17 Jul 2015 | Dr. Susan Berry

Posted on 07/31/2015 4:53:13 AM PDT by george76

The founder of StemExpress, the private company that has engaged with Planned Parenthood in the sale of aborted baby body parts, is the younger sister of the health policy director of House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH).

The founder and CEO of StemExpress is Cate Dyer, the younger sister of Charlotte Ivancic, Boehner’s health policy director, as originally observed at the conservative site ForAmerica.

In response to Breitbart News’ request for comment, Emily Schillinger, Boehner’s press secretary, said, “Charlotte Ivancic is a dedicated public servant who enjoys the utmost respect among her peers and Members of Congress. She has the Speaker’s complete trust and confidence in both her work and her character.”

As reported at Breitbart News, StemExpress, located in Placerville, California, describes itself as “a multi-million dollar company that supplies human blood, tissue products, primary cells and other clinical specimens to biomedical researchers.” The company says it “offers the largest variety of raw material in the industry, as well as fresh, fixed and cryopreserved human primary cells.”

John Boehner Embarrassed: His Whip Team Couldn’t Find Votes To Reelect Him Speaker Last Week
Breitbart ^ | 8/2/15 | Matthew Boyle

Posted on 08/02/2015 6:32:38 PM PDT by jimbo123

House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) had been planning to call up on the House floor last week a measure from Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) that would have removed him as Speaker of the House if it succeeded—intending to embarrass Meadows—but abandoned the plan after his entire leadership structure learned that they did not have the votes to re-elect him as Speaker before the August recess.

“[House Majority Leader Kevin] McCarthy was making phone calls—he was whipping it—and so was [House Majority Whip] Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA),” a senior conservative movement leader who’s had many personal and direct discussions with various House GOP members about this told Breitbart News in an interview last week.

“I know members personally who were called by Steve Scalise. So they had the entire leadership whip team frantically making phone calls to members to whip the vote because they wanted to attempt to embarrass Meadows and call the vote [on Wednesday last week] so it’s not hanging over Boehner’s head.

“What they found out was the exact opposite. They found out bad things would happen, that literally they would be calling the vote without knowing what would happen. Therefore, they did not call the vote and now they have this issue hanging over John Boehner’s head for the next five weeks.”

He Lacks the Votes to Keep His Job: Now Is the Time to Dump Boehner!
http://www.redstate.com | 8/4/2015 | stridentconservative

Posted on 08/06/2015 8:55:32 AM PDT by conservativejoy

Last week, we learned about a motion filed by Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) 83% (R-NC) to remove Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) 16%‘s favorite Republican, Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) N/A%, from his perch as Speaker of the House. At the time, many within the party establishment wrote off the effort by Meadows as the nonsensical vagary of the radical right-wing; unworthy of serious consideration because, after all, the votes to kick his sorry butt to the curb didn’t exist. Right?

Well, as Lee Corso of ESPN College Game Day would say, not so fast my friend. In a new exclusive report on Breitbart.com, we learned that Boehner lacks the votes to keep his job.

Boehner had planned to call up the measure to the House floor last week with the intention of embarrassing Meadows when the “inevitable” outcome of the vote came down in his favor, but scuttled the idea after his entire leadership team learned that they didn’t have the votes to re-elect the Gutless On Principles (GOP) Hall of Shame member.

But that doesn’t let Johnny-boy off the hook.

When the August recess is over, Meadows—or any other member—can offer the motion to vacate the chair and remove Boehner as Speaker of the House as a privileged resolution, which means it gets a floor vote in full without the consent of Boehner’s leadership team. This means the Speaker is extraordinarily vulnerable, and his conservative opposition could make a move whenever and/or wherever they want to—and when they have the votes to remove him from office.

A leader in the Conservative movement stated that Americans looking for new leadership can pressure their congressmen and congresswomen to issue public statements pledging to vote against Boehner if and when a vote comes up.

“Over the next five weeks, if enough grassroots conservatives can voice their frustration with a failed status quo and failed leadership of Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) N/A%—as members attend town hall meeting after town hall meeting—and when they come back it will be more difficult for Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) N/A% to keep his Speaker’s gavel.”

So, I’m issuing a challenge to my readers and listeners to attend these town hall meetings to make sure your Republican congressmen and congresswomen—Democrats support Boehner, which tells you all you need to know about his leadership—know where you stand on dumping Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) N/A%.

And I’m calling out my congressman, Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO) 100%. He’s been all over the internet proclaiming his recent 100% Conservative Rating by Heritage Action. Now it’s time to put your credentials where your mouth is by making the commitment to dump Boehner.

We don’t have to wait until 2016. We can do this right now!

Boehner: Dang it, I can’t play golf with Obama anymore because ‘everybody gets bent out of shape’
Canada Free Press | 07/30/15 | Dan Calabrese

World's smallest violin

You people are really something, you know that? You send a regular guy like John Boehner to Washington - a guy who cuts his own grass and irons his own shirts - and all he wants is to be able to play golf with the president in peace. And you # about it, to the point where he’s had to come to the heartbreaking conclusion that hitting the links with Obama just isn’t worth the trouble anymore:

“The President has suggested, ‘Hey, do you think it is too much trouble to play golf again?’ ” he said in excerpts of an interview on the Golf Channel airing Monday.

“I have to look at him and say, ‘Yes, because everybody gets bent out of shape worried about what we are up to, when all we are really going to do is just play golf.’ ”

Boehner unlikely to golf again with Obama
The Hill ^ | July 29, 2015 | Ben Kamisar

Posted on 07/29/2015 11:59:39 AM PDT by Cincinatus' Wife

Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said he is unlikely to hit the golf links any time soon with President Obama because people get “bent out of shape."

The avid golfer dished on his 2011 round of golf with Obama, when the two defeated Vice President Joe Biden and Gov. John Kasich (R-Ohio), who is now running for the GOP presidential nomination.

Obama invited the speaker to golf with himself and the vice president, giving Boehner the choice to pick a fourth. When he brought along Kasich, Obama decided to split up the Ohioans.

“The President and I whipped up on them pretty good and they paid up,” he said.

“As soon as we got in the cart I said, Mr. President, just remember something, this is just golf.”

To Boehner, golf is his “escape” to get out of the stresses of the job.

“It is an escape from all of the other things going on because when you are trying to hit that little white ball, you don’t have time to think about anything else,” he said.

He told his interviewer, David Feherty, that he wants to be remembered as “fair, decent and honest,” someone that treats members from both parties the same.

And as one of the most powerful people in Washington, he’s not willing to risk it all on a shot at the White House.

“You’ve got to either have a very special calling or be an ego maniac to want to [run for president],” he said.

“On top of that, I smoke cigarettes, I drink red wine, I play golf, I cut my own grass and I wash and iron my own shirts. I’m not giving that up to be president of the United States.”

BOEHNER GOES OVERSEAS, VOWS IMMIGRATION REFORM, AMNESTY AT OVERSEAS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Breitbart ^ | Jul; 6, 2015 | Matthew Boyle

Posted on 07/11/2015 8:05:56 AM PDT by Will88

Boehner’s speech happened just before an illegal alien killed an American woman in San Francisco, shocking the nation.

“The speaker of the US House of Representatives Rep. John Boehner (R-OH)35% has told a Dublin audience of his determination to overcome Republican resistance to immigration reform,” Arthur Beesley wrote from Dublin, Ireland, for the Irish Times:

(Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com ...

I don't know if this has been posted here before, but it seems to be a major story that got lost in all the other news of the past week.

Boner has pledged to make comprehensive amnesty a top priority. He plans to find ways to overcome those Republicans who've been opposing amnesty in the House. This is definitely something to watch for.

This fits perfectly into what I've long believed about Boner and McConnell and those who keep them in power; they just want to get rid of the troublesome issues. They were glad SCOTUS upheld Obamacare again, and aren't too bothered that same sex marriage was legalized. And now they want the most troublesome issue of all out of the way.

"It's too hard", as Boner said months ago. But what he really meant was it's too hard for spineless Republicans to have to deal with the amnesty issue session after session and they just want to pass it and get rid of the issue.

Here we go again on amnesty.

Boehner Is Speaker Of The House Who LOVES To Do As DemocRATS Want

Click Any Pic To Enlarge
“The speaker of the US House of Representatives John Boehner has told a Dublin audience of his determination to overcome Republican resistance to immigration reform,” Arthur Beesley wrote from Dublin, Ireland, for the Irish Times:

Mr Boehner also told how Taoiseach Enda Kenny has harangued him on the matter, telling him how the lack of reform has left some Irish immigrants listening to a parent’s funeral by phone. His remarks indicate he may yet move to confront opponents of reform within his own Republican party, which is in the vanguard of resistance to it and has a majority in the House.

Imitating Mr Kenny, Mr Boehner said he was seated at lunch between the Taoiseach and President Obama. The Taoiseach says: “John, John, John.” He says: “How’s immigration reform coming?” Mr Boehner replied: “What the hell do you care about immigration reform?” Mr Kenny: “Oh John, John. You don’t realise there are about 50k of my fellow Irishmen came to the US and never quite made it back across the pond. You know their cousins have got to hold up the cell phone at their parents’ funeral so their kids in Chicago or Detroit or wherever can listen to the funeral. John, John this is a serious problem.” Last Thursday when they met, Mr Kenny’s message was concise. “The Taoiseach said: ‘I think you understand, just get it done’.”

Boehner spokesman Kevin Smith told Breitbart News earlier on Monday, after the Irish Times piece, that the Speaker remains committed to reform. (Click For More)

How did I miss this great Boner thread? We definitely need to keep any eye on him as soon as they return from the August recess. Of course, he has that bothersome action by Congressman Meadows to deal with at some point. Pretty funny, and encouraging, that they couldn’t rustle up the votes to reaffirm him as Speaker last week.

Maybe Trump has stirred up the illegal alien/amnesty issue so much that those in Congress won’t dare bring it up again before the next national election, but they still need to be watched like a hawk.
