Alan Dershowitz: 'Trump Is Going to Win Any Confrontation'

Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz said the the nine GOP presidential candidates who will take the debate stage Thursday with frontrunner Donald Trump will be wise not to take him on.

"Donald Trump is going to win any confrontation," Dershowitz said Tuesday on "CNN Tonight."

"He's a populist," Dershowitz said of Trump. "He doesn't have to worry about what he says."

Republican voters love the billionaire real estate developer because he doesn't have speechwriters, and anyone who takes him on is going to lose, Dershowitz said.

What if Trump asks Cruz why Cruz wants to steal the best jobs from Americans and give them away to foreigners with H1B visas.

Then he could ask him to repeat after HIM.. L.E.G.A.L....

Goring a few Oxes couldn't hurt....

1) I'm more liking promising to reduce the Federal Givernment personnel by some percentage say half.. in the first four years... and passing laws to restrict harshly lobbying by anyone within the Washington D.C. precincts.. 24/7/365..

2) AND if re-elected.. reducing it by 20% more.. or so.. unless more is possible and practical..

3) Also; making federal unions illegal and obsolete.. to set an example for the States to do the same..

** Liberal heads would explode.. it would precious to watch it happen...

This great country has 300 million people, we have more than enough qualified educated IT AMERICANS....instead we let our American Youth work for 22 years so they can graduate from college only to have Republorats steal their jobs and give them to foreigners

Ask any corporation HR and they will tell you that students today must be prepared to compete with foreign students as it is a Global Workforce now......why do you think there’s been such an influx of students coming here taking those positions? at companies? They’re recruiting worldwide not just here.

Even the countries they’re coming from complain because of the “brain drain” on their nations....but that does not change the equation of how ‘corporations’ are viewing who they hire..neither here nor worldwide. They are all drawing from a workforce outside their own nations as well as within.

Further just because a kid has “22 yrs” of schooling doesn’t qualify him as the best fit for a company....the company gets to choose and they want the best the can get regardless of where they get them.
