This great country has 300 million people, we have more than enough qualified educated IT AMERICANS....instead we let our American Youth work for 22 years so they can graduate from college only to have Republorats steal their jobs and give them to foreigners
Again...this isn’t about IT workers....read again.
Ask any corporation HR and they will tell you that students today must be prepared to compete with foreign students as it is a Global Workforce now......why do you think there’s been such an influx of students coming here taking those positions? at companies? They’re recruiting worldwide not just here.
Even the countries they’re coming from complain because of the “brain drain” on their nations....but that does not change the equation of how ‘corporations’ are viewing who they hire..neither here nor worldwide. They are all drawing from a workforce outside their own nations as well as within.
Further just because a kid has “22 yrs” of schooling doesn’t qualify him as the best fit for a company....the company gets to choose and they want the best the can get regardless of where they get them.
