The latest controversy over Hillary Clinton's use of a personal email system while secretary of state is not only a possible drag on her presidential campaign, but it also creates a potential headache for Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
The inspectors general for the State Department and intelligence community on Friday disclosed that an internal review of Clinton's system concluded some emails contained classified information and that the inspectors general had sent a non-criminal "referral" to the Justice Department over the matter.

she will do it. the obamas (and their keeper, valerie jarrett) hate the clintons.
they’ll do it just to blow her up.
But, but....Hillary said the server was secure because there are Secret Service agents guarding her house.
That statement by Hillary shows just how ignorant she is about how computer networks operate, and does not understand how hackers could get into her system. Her thinking that the server being physically located in a place with guards means that it could not be hacked shows her lack of knowledge.
The Attorney General should refer this matter to the GOPe Congress.
The GOPe will be afraid to do anything about it, and it is so incompetent that it will STILL be tagged with overreaching and conducting a partisan fishing expedition.
When Democrats, like Hillary Clinton or, more notably, Nancy Pelosi, talk, they can lie all they like, because their words are addressed to credulous “followers,” not regular people. Fully 45% of the audience will believe and support them no matter what they say. I find it hard to believe that even a woman who hasn’t driven herself in almost 30 years could be so stupid as to believe a guard on the door secures a device connected to the internet. But, if so, can we afford to have that person in office; any office?
She is stupid. In looking at her lies, one has to wonder is she really this stupid. Incidentally, just saw a picture of her appearance in Iowa. The article said she drew ABOUT 200 fans. The picture, maybe taken earlier, of some 14 persons, counting children.
” ... Clinton’s system concluded some emails contained classified information”
Her Heinous claimed there were no classified materials in the e-mails, at least the ones she sent (classic Clinton equivocating).
She brazened-out Benghazi, so far, or was lucky enough to be investigated by Republicrats ...
No one wants to go to prison for Hillary. Barry and Jar Jar’s minions are already throwing her under the bus. It’s what they do.
I heard Hitlary this am saying its all a misunderstanding between her and the authorities and that itll get all ironed out.
Mmmm yes.
I agree. That was so bizarre you have to wonder what the editor was thinking; it shows that the real pain for them is not the damage done by the law breaking, or the exposure of US intentions to our adversaries. No, for them it’s the conflicted feeling of supporting your political party or the laws of the US government.
I laughed when I heard she’d said that too, that the computer’s server was physically guarded by the Secret Service. Either she is incredibly stupid about Al Gore’s internet or she thinks everyone else is.
Why is this a minefield for Lynch? Her job is to administer the law, and investigate possible violations. And she is to do so impartially and without passion or prejudice. And she is to do so and let the chips fall where they may, wherever the trail leads.

That’s the way it used to be. ~sigh~
To my recollection, the forms Ive signed over the last forty years re: this kind of thing subjected me to a minimum of 5/$250K to 10/$500K penalty at the end of my stint.

What? The smartest woman in the world? She’s trying to use the narrative of being just a woman who does not understand these complicated things. Good grief! I can almost picture her batting her eyelashes. Funny, how the feminazis play that card when it benefits them.
I, for one, am not falling for the story of ignorance on her part.
That headline pertains to an era when officials had to obey to law, or else (before McConnell or Boehner).
Already determined, I suspect...otherwise she wouldn't have the job.
