Nike Erased Red, White, and Blue from U.S. Women’s Soccer Team
Breitbart ^ | 07/10/2015 | Robert Wilde

Although USA fans in Vancouver dressed themselves in red, white, and blue, the U.S. Women 2015 World Cup Champions conspicuously did not.

The team did, however, wear their black, white, neon green, and yellow—Nike colors.

New York Post columnist Phil Mushnick asserts that the corporate take over of the uniforms by Nike, the enabling by Fox for not denouncing the team’s wardrobe, and the diminution of national pride, reminds him of the message in one of Charlie Chaplin’s most iconic silent movies.

Satan has been crowned Emperor. Up is down. Black is white. The Republic is dead.

Its seems impossible to Mushnick that America could have lost its way so drastically since the 1992 Olympic Dream Team

Dream Team? They were illegals?

Why not just go with “rainbow”? That would melt the hearts of the Gaystapo.

1992? Dream Team? LMAO.

There's only been one "Dream Team" in the history of U.S. sports:

The term has been abused.

I say again ... it’s because it’s what the corporations want. And what they want, they get. They aren’t anti-American so much as they are pro-money at any cost

I got no love for Phil Knight, but if he’s paying the bills, it’s his game to call.

Is he funding a sponsorship for the team? I don’t know, don’t follow the sport.

An anti-American bent as in Nike usually is the result of too many homosexuals and feminazi’s in decision making positions. Those two groups are fundamentally hostile to the America we used to know and love.

As far as FOX Sports being the enablers by failing to denounce such nonsense, I don’t know. I guess there the pantywaists are in charge.

I'm just a little perturbed the excerpt did not contain the very next passage:

Mushnick writes that the “intentionally silent” 1936 movie Modern Times “celebrates progress as relentless while condemning it as soulless. Its ostensible ‘beneficiaries’—people—are run through, ground up and spit out by the toothy wheels of progress.”

I read Mushnick in the NY Post and one of his crusades is how much influence Nike has over team uniforms and colors, especially college football. His point is that Nike pushes the color black on every team as it ultimately results in more sales in the stores. Examples are UCLA’s basketball team, The Mets, The Clippers, The 49r’s adding a new all black alternate uniform - there are plenty of examples....Also - I remember reading somewhere he’s good friends with Rush.....

Then somebody good with computer graphics can put the red, white and blue back in the uniform clad pictures of the gals. Just do it, bitching about will do no good.

Our corporations are treasonous in so many ways. This incident just shows it’s colors loud and proud. Most of the time they are making back room deals with our treasonous leaders.

I never thought corporations - American business - would end up turning on America and Americans like they have done when we created global trade and permitted the business social ideology of globalism to enter our country. That was my own stupidity. I should have know they would have no loyalty, humanity nor morals when it came to the chance to make a buck. Money is their only value and purpose in globalism. Slave labor in China and India, poisonous goods, etc. is fine with them as long as they make a buck. They’re own evil is going to bring them down.
