This ‘journalist’ is simply stating, with more details, the same thing that Oprah said:

I expect, this is just their way of saying that National Socialists has to have the “right people” running it, to make it work.
Any kind of socialism will work, if imposed under threat of serious consequences for non-compliance. Part of the problem, the threats of punishments keeps on escalating, because it becomes apparent the early threats do not seem to be working.
No one, and I mean NO ONE, on the planet Earth can take us. BRING IT!
