Federal authorities raided the home of Subway spokesman Jared Fogle Tuesday morning. FBI sources told FOX59 state and federal investigators were serving warrants at Fogle’s Zionsville home in connection with a child pornography investigation...Earlier this year, Russell Taylor, the former director of the Jared Foundation started by Fogle, was arrested in a child pornography case. He was accused of possessing and producing child pornography. Investigators said a search of Taylor’s home turned up more than 500 videos with images of child pornography. In May, Taylor unsuccessfully tried to kill himself while in jail.

Hard core porn has been around since photography was invented. Heck, it’s been around since man discovered drawing and painting.
The internet is what has put it front and center of society by it’s ubiquitous availability.
There’s actually a movement trying to spearhead decriminalizing it.
Their logic is, by supplying such images and videos to pedophiles, they won’t “act out” on their urges.
Color me more than skeptical.
On the one hand, I want child pornographers and pedophiles taken off the street.
But the evidence supporting the charge is really scary. You’re charged based on files on your computer. And who has more back-doors into your computers than the government? It just seems to me an easy charge to frame someone with.
And while I would like to think authorities would have accessed his home by a means other than a "raid" if they do not suspect Mr. Fogle of any wrongdoing, this is the federal government we're talking about, here.
It's not looking too good for ol' Jared right now, but for now I am going to hold off on thinking the worst of him.ow.
I agree. We are relying on initial news reports, which are unreliable. Heck, subsequent reports often aren’t any better.
When I first saw this on the news, the news reader said the raid pertained to tax issues. So who knows?
Quick, lets rule him guilty before any evidence is shown. Could the fact that it was a business associate that was really the guy and guilt by association is in play? Until all the evidence is in doesn’t matter to the MSM. They’ll run with it then print the retraction on the last page of the H section of the Sunday paper.

Foundation is becoming a euphemism for an entity that hides financial activity.
