It is rare for news events, even as momentous as the past week's, to drown out absolute proof that a candidate for president has lied willfully to the public and Congress. Yet precisely such proof has emerged, and it has appeared not only in this newspaper but also in The New York Times (albeit with a headline designed not to draw attention).
Americans learned this spring that Hillary Clinton, in contravention of federal records rules and current law, conducted all her State Department business using a private email address, housed in a server at her home in Westchester County, N.Y.
But not to worry — the former secretary of state swore that she had diligently preserved and passed to the State Department every email she had written in the course of her job. Even though she destroyed all the evidence by wiping the server afterward, she assured the public that everything related to her conduct of official business had been kept and turned over, as the law requires.
It turns out that this is not true. Not only did Clinton fail to turn over work-related emails, but she or her staff also edited some of those emails before submitting them, as the Examiner's Sarah Westwood reported Saturday.

Left wing CBS This morning news reader Gayle King PAINFULLY made mention of some news around Hillary’s emails, but rushed thru in seconds without detail. Now they can claim to have covered it, but Gayle basically garbled something and quickly moved on to report how rich Jeb Bush is and spent even more time trying to shoot holes on the GOP candidate.
This my friends is the latest example of the ultra biased CBS this morning show.
Certainly there will be no legal repercussions, there never are..............

It becomes more likely every day that Bernie Sanders will be the nominee. As in the Republican party, the Democrats will nominate the furthest left candidate they can find “who can win”. Elizabeth Warren refuses to get in the race so it’s Sanders who’s getting the Left’s attention.
Sanders’ socialist positions are the new center of the Democrat party.
There wouldn't be any money involved in that jockeying for oil contracts the reporter mentions, would there? I mean, given that the State Department has to approve and that the Secretary of State just happened to have a completely unrelated Clinton Foundation at hand to assist with the movement of money that of course didn't exist because what the heck, there isn't any money in oil in Libya.
Consider the nature and magnitude of the Teapot Dome scandal, which was, mirabile dictu!, about oil contracts and well, what do you know, a cabinet Secretary who "assisted" with their assignment. That Secretary, a fellow named Albert Fall, went to prison. But then those were the days of the notorious Harding administration, a paragon of corruption that next to the 0bama administration looks like a squeaky-clean Kindergarten party.
