MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - The Montgomery-based Foundation for Moral Law reacted to the U.S. Supreme Court's landmark ruling Friday that clears the way for same-sex marriage in every state by saying the fight is not over. The foundation, started by Roy Moore, said "the battle for traditional marriage will continue despite the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court..." Moore, who has publicly opposed gay marriage and recommended Alabama probate judges not issue licenses despite a federal order, currently sits as the Chief Justice of Alabama's Supreme Court. His wife, Kayla, is president of the foundation. The High Court's ruling was illegitimate, according to the Foundation, which believes "at least 2 members of the Court's majority opinion were under a legal duty to recuse and refrain from voting." The Foundation has previously stated that Justices Kagan and Ginsburg should step aside because they have personally performed same-sex marriages. "This means we've got more work to do, but we are determined to do it," said Kayla Moore. "The Foundation is involved with a same-sex marriage case in the Middle District of Alabama, and that case will continue. There are issues in this case that the Supreme Court's decision didn't resolve." The organization's leaders say they believe churches, businesses, and individuals "are likely to come under attack for following their moral and religious convictions about same-sex marriage." Executive Director Matthew Kidd went on, "When they are attacked, the Foundation will be there to defend them."

The liberals have created a baseball game where one side is automatically called out by the umpire anytime they attempt to score the winning run. So let’s just go back to first base again.

It is nothing but a step in the long gay line. Tolerance, acceptance, endorsement, indoctrination and conversion. Yes, it will never stop. Deviancy ALWAYS escalates because, like the dope addict, it takes more to get the same high.

“Where are the men who came in to you tonight? Bring them out so we can have sex with them!”

That’s where this is headed.

Well said.
That is why we have to fight at every battle line.
Because after each victory they just encroach that much further and bolder towards the next target.
It is a Satanic movement for sure.

the battle for traditional marriage will continue

The battle for traditional marriage was won loooong before governments were instituted among men. Shame on us for not acting that way.

The societies that tolerate this abject deviancy always fall.

But...but...they said all they wanted was tolerance. Nothing but a little tolerance.

Americans made the mistake of giving it to them.

One might sue them - I mean sue the United States Supreme Court for violating the 9th amendment.

But it will ONLY work if you sue them in state court!

No question about it.
These high minded leftists have no idea what they have unleashed.
It is not an exaggeration to say the American experiment is over.

Will the HOMO’S and LESBO’S have to pay the marriage penalty on their income tax?

My thoughts is that we will see a spike in sodomite “marriage” only because they can do it.
Then when the bloom is off the rose, it will drop drastically as they find it was more fun cruising bath houses and gay bars. Plus “divorce” and division of property will be a problem. I bet most will just not get “divorced” and just go their separate ways.
Besides, most will be dead in twenty years from the horrible diseases they will pick up.

This particular battle was lost because our politicians didn’t want to back a Federal defense of Marriage amendment.

Those claiming it was a states rights issue effectively left it to the Federal judiciary to resolve.

And the Federal Defense of Marriage act (far weaker than an amendment) was overturned with ease once Obama was elected.
