*Weapons grade sarcasm*
Isnt great that we can witness history in the making? Many times people dont realize what is happening at the moment is historic because the are living it. We werent at the birth of our Constitutional Republic or at its major moments in becoming the greatest country on planet earth.
But now we have the great honor of witnessing its death knell..
Of the two decision by the Extreme Court this week, the Obamacare was the most egregious because of two very ominous reasons:
1. The national Socialist left can now try the You have a right to ____ with anything they want, meaning they have the right to enslave people to provide that right (like healthcare)
2. The Extreme court has now taken to reinterpreting the meaning of words and laws to whatever they want them to mean.
Welcome to the slippery slope Sheeple!
Consider the following quotation (Im not sure of it authorship but it frames things nicely)
A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years.And this:
The Fatal Sequence
The historical cycle seems to be:
From bondage to spiritual faith;
From spiritual faith to courage;
From courage to liberty;
From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to selfishness;
From selfishness to apathy;
From apathy to dependency;
And from dependency back to bondage once more.

Can someone disagree with may conclusions here?
Please!
The reelection of FUBO signaled to me this country’s downfall. Everything that follows is just confirmation.
” Its becoming quite clear that is the case these days my apologies for not waking up to that fact earlier..”
Your candor is appreciated. It’s in short supply these days. Better late than never.
The US survived revolution, Bleeding Kansas, Civil War, several depressions, Roosevelt, and even Woodrow Wilson.
See my tagline for the answer.
You’re right and the first war this week had the usual south haters gleeful
It’s no accident it’s all at the same time
Well, we could decide to fight, for a change. We can wring our hands like fools, or we can fight like our survival depends on it. Mark Levin’s book on a states convention would be a good starting point. And tomorrow would be the right time to begin.
In addition, political matters are subject to changes of fortune as reaction sets in to the effects of bad policies. Thus Jimmy Carter and an era of economic decline and perilous retreat during the Cold War led to the election of Ronald Reagan and an extraordinary roll back of the burdens of taxation and government, a renewal of the American economy, and victory in the Cold War.
In simple terms, as bad as things are, we are but a few good elections away from reversing defeats into victories and setting a new course for the country.
Think of it as a preemptive strike against the obvious solution all of these events.
Vote R, vote D, don't vote at all - none of it will change our trajectory.
The republic is dead, what comes next is not entirely certain - I just hope it doesn't come with concentration camps for straight white males.
America, meet Babylon.

Possibly, since they can’t stop the spirit they attack the symbol.
Possibly, since they can’t stop the spirit they attack the symbol.
Or `Quislings’.
McCain is a perfect example of one. Facing election he’s trying to make all the right noises and moves for the folks back home.
So he can go back to DC and resume stabbing them in the back and playing sycophant to the MSM who calls him “moderate”.
Yes, you are correct - after all it’s the national Socialist left that has to base their agenda on LIES. We can proudly stand up on our principles and the truth without flinching.
The national Socialist left has to obscure it’s action and motivations and rationalize their actions as ‘the ends justifies the means’.
In fact it’s beginning to dawn on me that we can now almost universally apply a rule of translating almost everything the national Socialist left say into the opposite effect.
When they say they want ‘Equality’ it means they want Inequality (their side being more ‘equal’)
When they say they want ‘Liberty’ it means they want tyranny.
When they say they don’t want to ban guns, that exactly what they mean to do (Ok, that was an easy one)
I think it’s becoming more and more obvious to everyone - today was a big wake up call on that.
I wonder, wardaddy, how much this attack on the South is in play with the demand for same sex marriage. I’ve forgotten, in all this hubub, whether it was Georgia or Alabama who flat out said they wouldn’t comply.
Thus, in poor and long-suffering Cuba, Fidel and Raul Castro are billionaires with complete control of their country and a vast secret police and many prisons to assure their security and the permanence of their rule. Yet the Left and the news media in the US treats them as heroic figures who preside over a society that is better and more just than the United States.
“Youre not wrong. The only question that remains is my tagline. Thats all I want to know, and yet, no one has been able to answer it thus far.”
We’ll keep voting. It probably won’t make a difference for the bigger picture but we can still hold some sway around the edges.
Of course our victories will become smaller and smaller but a small victory is better than nothing.
JHO but the wheel has turned and after that happens it can’t turn back.
The things that seem so earth shattering right now will gradually become the new norm and in 20 years nobody will remember why it was ever any different.
That doesn't work. If that's the answer, we may as well sit down, shut up and accept the chains of slavery.
