They’ll do that as they have done in Britain and Canada. I doubt they’ll be able to force churches to marry them, but they will go after tax-exempt status for any church that refuses, which will cause most of the churches to fall in line.
Your #3 choice (no tax exempt status for religion) will be tackled first. I’d bet the farm on it.
