Americans trust their doctors, so the White House wants these medical professionals to be a mouthpiece for President Obama’s global warming agenda.
“We also need doctors, nurses and citizens, like all of you”President Obama said in a taped speech presented to medical professionals gathered at the White House, “to get to work to raise awareness and organize folks for real change.”
The Obama administration has been hard at work trying to draw a link between global warming and public health issues. The summit included the U.S. Surgeon General, top administration officials, and public health experts from around the country telling doctors, nurses and other conference goers how to talk about global warming with their patients.
The central message: doctors should warn their patients that global warming could make their health worse.
“I know we have people all around the country, in all of the regions, who are also listening to this conversation, and like all of you in the room, I hope will go out and continue to talk and educate,” echoed Nicole Lurie, assistant secretary for Preparedness and Response at the Health Department.
“We need to engage medical students themselves,” said Vice Admiral Vivek Murthy, the U.S. Surgeon General, “to demand the curriculum change” to prepare them for a warmer future.

Well, it’s in the law. And even if it isn’t explicitly “in the law,” today’s SC ruling will permit pretty much anything (that the left wants).
We won’t have any doctors after Obamacare is fully implemented, so the joke’s on them.

They did. Asthma inhalers which used to cost $16 now cost $60 because of global warming, lesson learned: global warming results in price gouging.
Good luck on getting my doctor to do that! Last time I saw him, he was ripping on socialist healthcare. Somehow I don’t believe he is down with the program.
Its gone beyond that. Went to a new doc on referral. Got this questionaire: One section dealt with alcohol. Question, do you consume alcohol and if so how many drinks a week.
Next question....if yes, have you considered quitting.
I stopped at that point and asked the receptionist, what whether I have a drink has to do with my foot problem? Did not get a satisfactory answer, returned the forms and left.
Interesting fact: My internist recommended a drink a glass of red wine a day to promote blood flow.

I’m going to a Women’s Clinic today for first time....assuming I’ll have the questionnaire to fill out....I’m going to play games with them....hahahaha
That will end if my doctor ever says a word about Global Warming.
Hopefully my new doctor will not try the same BS.
Why?
This doc does not believe global warming, and even if she did its not my place and I don’t have the time to discuss it during a visit. I’m more worried about your diabetes, heart disease, cancer, etc. You know, those things I was actually trained to take care of.
I do not discuss guns with patients, other than if they ask me for a recommendation for a good local range or what caliber I prefer.....
My Dr or any Dr better not even try.
It will NOT be pretty.
Just don’t answer the questions. They USUALLY do not insist.
I always leave them blank and if questioned tell them it is not their business.
I have only had a few start to sputter on about the “LAW”.
Just stand your ground.
If you can, stay away form the corporate medical system. If you’re concerned with privacy, or concerned about pharmaceutical bias, see an independent physician that does not use networked electronic medical records and pay cash.
Many of the most experienced physicians are getting out of corporate medicine and going to all cash practices to avoid the bureaucratic and regulatory hassles. Unfortunately, over time many of these physicians will be retiring and the new ones coming up are being brainwashed into accepting fascist health care.
My doc tells me that and I’ll tell him where to put his protoscope...and he knows it.
Note the Obamacare relationship. Now that the gmt owns the medical system, they can use it like Hitler did. Next they’ll start deciding who lives and who doesn’t.
Now that the government runs health care a doctor’s main job
is to be a political hack. Josh Earnest will be doing vasectomies on the side.
