Yes this is borderline petty, but then again, Cruz has been known to recycle the speeches of others as well. That’s why the headline caught my attention.

Trump claims a copywrite on Reagan’s “Make America great again”.
I doubt a court would actually enforce it.

"Charges"? Good grief. Like Jindal has a copyright on "Believe" (again or not)?
Rather than adding his name to the current clusterf*@# of a primary, on June 24 Jindal should announce his full support of Senator Cruz and say that Ted can use this slogan, or any slogan, at will.

"Believe" was a campaign slogan for Martin O'Malley when he was Mayor of Baltimore.
What is it with these cotton-candy (all fluff no content) slogans? Is there some Omni-party consultancy that uses a random-word generator to spit out these?

The rub for Jindal and others is that Cruz is holding a BIG RALLY in DeMoines...especially since everyone thinks he is done.

How is my comment slander? I have heard many people mention (after listening to a Cruz speech) that he is un-original and borrows from other speeches. I’m actually doing the research to back this up, if true.

Recycle all he wants. As long as it motivates people Go back and listen to some Reagan speeches. I’d love to have someone repeat those lines.
