Trump on Eminent Domain When asked about the 2005 case Kelo v. City of New London, that allowed economic development to be a legitimate reason for government to exercise eminent domain, Trump told Fox News (7/19/05), “I happen to agree with it 100 percent.” Trump was unsuccessful in his own attempt to have officials in New Jersey use eminent domain to condemn a home on property he wanted to buy for part of his hotel and casino.

Wow. You got me. I admit it. I signed up on FR in 2004 on the off chance that some obscure politico in Texas would run for the Presidency in 2015. I bided my time, posting over 10,000 times, lying in wait. And then when Ted Cruz ran for President I further covered my tracks by supporting him and contributing to his campaign so when the time was right I could turn on him.
I planned it all along. All so I could help keep Ted Cruz from being in the top 10 and eligible for the debates.

I would be equally interested in two things.
First off, I would like to see how support for Trump (and Ted Cruz by the way) relates in comparison with support by the same person previously, for Sarah Palin.
I think there will be a significant overlap. I’m thinking it will be with both candidates, actually.
More interesting still, now that Trump is in this race, I want to see who (if anyone) Sarah supports in this race.
I know she is supportive of Ted Cruz. I know she has a very good relationship with Donald Trump as well.
And I want to see whether she would be interested in being (either of their) running mate in the election.
That is what really is intereting now, to me.
Trump is far worse than Romney, but there is a silver lining; Romney got the nomination. Being the clown that he obviously is, Trump never will. ;-)

In the eyes of the law, a corporation is a separate and distinct entity from its individual owners. My understanding, however, is that Trump, personally, has never been close to insolvent.
Dana Perino was about to go nuclear on "the 5" today on Fox. She was crazy... She knows Trump is going to destroy her guy Bush.
Obama was so beatable in 2012 — until the GOPe nominated very nice, smart successful businessman, who didn’t have the heart to take the fight Obama and win the election. I don’t think that will be an issue with Trump, Cruz, Walker, or Fiorina. I don’t have the same opinion of the others in the race.

I’m still a Cruz fan and plan on voting for him... but I’ll say this... a Trump / Fiorina ticket would be the most entertaining thing to watch in the last 20 years.
Just remember Ross Perot. They all say what you want to hear; but most won’t follow through. It’s not in their own personal interest.

He has the ability to talk people into doing what he wants (investing, etc) so that is a plus on his side.
Too much of a loose cannon of course to be President but I can see others who would be far worse so if it came down to it, I could live with him for President. We need a strong President not some wimpy, wussy, fairy tale like we have now. We have lost so much standing in the world while China, Iran and Russia are gaining.
