Having had a son pass at the same age of cancer, he and his family have my deepest sympathies.
Great post.
RIP, Beau.
Sympathies to the Biden family.

Doesn’t seem so to me. A couple comments early in the thread by people who didn’t know it was serious, one person asked to have theirs deleted.
So was the POS Charlie Rangel. Your point?
“So was the POS Charlie Rangel. Your point?”
My point was to show a fellow vet due respect.
Question: Are you a vet?
He was a major in the Delaware Army National Guard, thus sent to Bethesda/Walter Reed Hospital.
I see what you did there....
Very clever but you should be ashamed of yourself.
Ok, I’m ashamed.
No I am not. But some people (Al Gore, Charlie Rangel) are not worthy of any respect, vet status or not.
(and this is spoken by vets I know, not just me)

You don’t earn any respect from this vet, flapping your jaw about others.
I was drafted, along with a guy from an adjacent town. When he went in he had very long hair, and caught a lot of crap.
Eventually he proved to be a top trainee. He went to Vietnam and was killed.
I have respect for him. Not for you, wiseass.
Politics aside.
Losing one of your children is horrible. Did not know he was that ill...
Rest in peace. Damn...
Which of those are you?
"Beau Biden was another example of how corrupt our nation is. During the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 2005 process in the House and Senate, Citigroup paid Beau hundreds of thousands of dollars for lobbying and consulting work to persuade fellow Democrats to get the bill passed.
"Joe Biden, then a Senator from Delaware said there was no corruption, no quid pro quo involved and it was "coincidence" that he was one of the co-sponsors of the bill which according to many sources was written by Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase."
and,
"Joe Biden is responsible for the destruction of our country and it is good that he should feel true pain, as we feel pain. - When the average American, or our hero's were killed, this administration thought nothing to turn it's back to those parents that were suffering a loss, and not send anyone to represent the country at their loved one's funeral, -- yet they would send multiple people to the funerals of thugs that were killed robbing or were shot by police in the commission of a crime.
"Let the thugs and race baiters and racists send their condolences to the White House for this family IF they will. I have better things to do. I do not grieve for my enemies."

Thanks, Brown Deer.

>>Youre joking, right? If youre not, in his campaign speeches he blamed a drunk driver for the accident, and still does, even years after it was proven drunk driving had nothing to do with it.<<
If my research was wrong, then I stand corrected, and properly so.
But he has lost children so let’s cut him some slack tody and for the near future.
If he makes political hay the gloves are off.
Fair is fair.

Neither.
Mine too.
Then my wife at 42.
Horrible stuff.
