WASHINGTON (CBS/AP) A Supreme Court ruling due in late June could wipe out health insurance for millions of people covered by the presidents health care law.
But it is Republicans and not White House officials who are talking about damage control.
If that sounds wrong, check the math.

Nope, but I see all the losers are on board saying the same thing.
Rats are already in damage-control mode.
As long as Obola still has the goods on Roberts and his adopted kids, ObamaCare will stand.
Jeffrey Toobin wrote the exact opposite article this week. Says the White House OWNS the health care system, and whatever bad (or good) that happens accrues to their side of the ledger.
My two cents is that the press can be pretty influential when it comes to the assigning of blame.
the system in effect before Obama worked well. It needed some tweeking like expanding medicare to cover the poor underinsured and uninsured, and erasingstate borders for insurances costs. A simple program to cover the big ticket cases shouldn’t cost all that much to cover individual catastrophes.
Just days ago we read news about up to 50% premium increase for Obamacare policies, if that takes place people will be begging for Obamacare to go away, and GOP will get credit for not supporting it.
Please, enough with this BS.
Is one to conclude that the SCOTUS has ruled against HHS in this case and leaks are coming out?
Why is it BS? It worked...
It did not work in the Hobby lobby case.
Well, we conservatives know that See BS and the Democrat media are worried sick about the GOP losing the election next year. They root so shamelessly for the most conservative nominee, of course .and no, I don’t have to add the sarcasm tag.
So, if the USSC rules against it, then CBS’ logic is that, even though the poorly worded and designed ObamaCare was passed without a single Republican vote, it will be Republican’s fault?
Wow, such brainiacs.
SCOTUS is one more OBAMA appointment away from going 100% liberal. I hope and pray the conservative justices will stay on through the next election and hopefully we have some republican in WH instead of Hillary.
I actually do not believe this.
I don’t believe it, either. More SeeBS *reporting*/projecting/wishful thinking.
Except for ruining the currency, inflating the unfunded liabilities of the government to >$200 trillion, and requiring constant borrowing to fund current accounts, it was perfect!
Forgot to add....but, the spineless GOPe will use this as an excuse to NOT eliminate the biggest disaster ever inflicted on the world’s best healthcare.
No Republican noted for ObamaCare, but the MSM wants Republicans to think they will get the blame.
Republicans need a strong leader who can refute these attempts and remind Americans of the truth.
Sadly, we don't have any.
