Despite the characterization by police that the afternoon gathering at a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas that led to Sundays bloody shooting incident was a gathering of criminal biker gangs with violent intent, the meeting appears to have been a legitimate, organized gathering of motorcycle riders meeting to discuss political issues.
The group that met was the Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents (CoC&I) and a look at that groups website and history gives a very different impression of the groups purpose and goals than what has been said repeatedly by Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton.

Little by little info is trickling out which will lead to more informed knowledge of what actually happened
Justification or not
“appears to have been a legitimate, organized gathering of motorcycle riders meeting to discuss political issues. “
Well, I have to admit, that almost sounds plausible seeing how many such events usually end up in some sort of altercation.
They were baddies but I`d wager every killing was at the hands of the cops.
“Sharpton wont be bugging us about this, so full auto is OK, boys..”
This is getting more and more interesting.
How long before the MSM blames them as a Tea Party Group?.............
Actually, I remember that the info at the very beginning was that the organization was a legitimate group of mostly decent bikers, but these two outlaw clubs came ready to rumble with each other and did indeed find a “provocation” (which can mean, “Mama, he looked at me funny, make him stop”) that set off their fragile criminal egos.
The owner of the restaurant really should have let the police be present. Most of the bikers wouldn’t have minded it, since they weren’t up to anything wrong, and the thugs would have been warned off.
I said it before - The Bikers and Marines are going to be an odd alliance to take back the country
It is looking more and more like a couple of conservative biker ‘gangs’ were getting together to discuss the sorry state of the country, and some pro-government po-po types got antsy and started shooting at some perceived threat.
I have seen enough video of police shooting totally unarmed men lately to NOT discount this possibility.
Heh.
from Breitbart
According to many sources
Bandidos were invited
Cossacks were not
The cops were present
If cops so feared the event they could have closed it without owners consent
They immediately blamed owner even though accompany of various black gun cops had the perimeter
Would you as owner preferred to tell them to leave or let the cops do it
It’s a fair question
I
Baddies?
Most of those guys didn’t look like baddies to me.
In fact, most bikers I’m familiar with in CA, make these guys look like choir boys.
No joke.
Thanks for the ping wardaddy
That was quick and well done
I’m still grinning
Not all bikers are members of gangs. Not even a large percentage. This was supposed to be a meeting of motorcycle riders, from all walks of life, to discuss pending legislation that would affect motorcycle riders.
Really?
And how many of these events have you attended?
Over the last 40+ years, I have attended hundreds and never witnessed an altercation.
